We stayed here for 2 nights as three people. It is clean, the owners are helpful and very nice, close to the center and sea (it is 10 minutes walk to the beach and center), and extremely affordable compared to other places! Here was the cheapest place we found in Datca. There is also kitchen in the rooms, so you can prepare your own food.

Great price performance for Datca

We really liked this place. It's about a 10 minute walk from the city center but it was quiet and really nice. The atmosphere was unique in a good way with a collection of antiques decorating the first floor. We stayed in an apartment room that was great for us, roomy, with a fantastic balcony. I would consider this a superb budget option. Some of the kitchen stuff needed a slightly more thorough washing, but other than that, we have no complaints. Really enjoyed our stay and the breakfasts were great. I would go back again.

Relaxing

This hotel is intriguing, the artefacts, the atmosphere (which we found was not creepy... RE other reviews) and the people, who were really nice and friendly. The proprietors seem to struggle with understanding English but we got there in the end, lol. The food was typical of Turkey and the right price. Our apartment was large and clean. Aside from a discarded piece of chewing gum left behind by a previous tenant stuck inside a tea cup. Nice. The pool area was clean and has nice decorative touches in keeping with the rest of this unique hotel. Our favourite place in Turkey so far because of its peace and quiet and everything it has to offer. Good value. Recommended.

Unusual, but in a good way

It is lovely apart hotel, close by city bus station (300 mt) running by kind people. It is quite place and district. I even meditated in the balcony many times :) 

The place is very clean, apart which we stayed was big enough; 1 cool bedroom, 1 living room with open kitchen and with big balcony. 

I am a photographer, and i liked too much the lights in the bedroom in sunsets. 

You can walk to the center around 10 min.

My husband and I are discerning travelers and generally look for places with character, but the vibe at this place was just weird. The plusses: it looks cute and almost castle-like from the outside, and the outdoor pool seems newly renovated and is very nice. Based on the other reviews, I'm not sure if we just got a bad room, but our bathroom was filthy. It was as if we had been given the room in which the maids stored all the cleaning supplies, dirty sponges, etc. The glass cup that was provided in the bathroom had a layer of white residue that was disgusting. The bedroom was clean and sparse, but the twin beds (we are a married couple- not sure why we were given twin beds) were like concrete slabs. The kitchen area was mostly clean, but the furniture and amenities all seemed old, rusty, just kind of from another era - an eastern bloc kind of feeling.

The proprietor was friendly, and the breakfast was adequate, but to be frank the woman serving breakfast had such overpowering body odor that it turned my stomach every time she came near the table and ruined the meal. This place is not near the waterfront; it's in a neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from town, but the walk is through the dusty back roads of the neighborhood- not unsafe feeling, just not picturesque. 

We were supposed to stay three nights and we had to leave after the first night. There also seemed to be a large family living there that was hanging out on the eating area/outdoor patio all the time kind of dominating the outdoor space. Not sure if that's just a Turkish thing, but it definitely made us feel a little like outsiders infringing on their space. The lobby is like a cluttered old antique shop. We probably could have asked for a room with a cleaner bathroom, or for a different bed, but by that time we were just over it and checked out.

Filthy bathroom, hard beds, weird vibe - had to leave early.

We came here with a suggestion from a friend, with my parents. We like to cook and eat at home and normally dont mind of the place. It was really dirty; all the kitchenette, tv remote was sticky, the sofa was not clean either. Tv was not working half the time and when we asked the owner to fix it, he climbed on the kichen set with his feet and make it dirty where we prepared food!! Disgusting!!!! And the owner is a bit weird also, some kind of a pervert. He was trying to kiss me if I am alone. be aware
