We have stayed at cemils on various different  occasions high and low season and have always had a wonderful stay. 
A friendly service, very welcoming and relaxing. The breakfast is delicious home cooked food. The surrounding garden is wonderful for he children to play on and explore and a lose to the town and the beach. 
We will be back again for sure.

Wonderful family friendly comfortable guest house

Researched a lot of places in Cirali before deciding to book Cemil's for a friends trip. The guest house is on the small family farm, with tractor centre stage. Dont be put off! The house is surrounded by trees and flowers, with lots of fragrant roses along the path. A varied Breakfast is served on the decked rear patio, Chickens cluck around the trees, we watched a swallows nest and heard an owl every night. 

Our spotlessly clean bedrooms with small balconies, very high ceilinged and spacious feeling. well equipped with plentiful storage, big comfy beds, good lighting, efficient air con.windows had well fitted insect screens. The wet room/wc was also spotless and had plentiful hot water and a decent shower and shaver point. 

Cemil's guest house was obviously well planned when it was built, for instance light switches and lights in all the right places! It's not fancy, and hasn't had an expensive fashionable makeover to put up prices, but what more do you need? At the price it cant be beaten! The location is peaceful yet convenient.

Cemil's would suit friends, couples or families. Their little boy has some garden toys which could probably be shared with visitors! Cemil's command of English is excellent and his wife speaks Russian. They can advise or arrange visits in the local area and Cemil may take you on a fishing trip if you can get up early enough! We were lucky enough to be there when he'd had a good catch so we feasted on a meal made with fresh sea bass. 

A home from home, where country meets seaside

Cirali is a great place for a relaxing vacation. Cemil's Pension is close to beach. They offer more variety of food compared to most of the other restaurants in Cirali which serve mainly kabobs (great but can get boring). The hotel has a cute outside dining area shaded by old trees. It was great to hang out there at any time of the day. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned and comfy. Cirali is not a place to spend time in your hotel room, anyway. The owner of the hotel and other personnel are quiet friendly and kind. They also helped us finding local attractions.

very chill atmosphere, good food, friendly service

We had a room next to the restaurant. There is good food in the restaurant, and the pension is very close to the beach.
The owner was ok but he wasn't often there. The rest of the staff was very nice but did not speak english. This resulted in us not knowing where to find the dolmus to leave the village and walking for a long time under the sun with our luggage...
The room was basic but was not perfectly clean, the bath mat had stains on it. The rooms are quite dark and there is no soap on the bathroom.
The chimaeras are quite far, 4km from the pension.

Not bad, but there must be better pensions around

Cirali is a small accommodation/restaurant hub in a pretty setting at the foot of a wooded gorge with a mountain looming behind, and the sea in the front..Cemils is one of  many pensions that line the "Main St",( one road back from the beach), all set in small gardens with fruit trees.The outdoor Aubergine restaurant is attractive with "tourist prices" all written in English.We (6 adults) opted to eat at local Turkish restaurants. The owner did not take this well, greeting us at breakfast with sarcastic comments like " Maybe you will like our breakfast food", etc. The accommodation was basic and bleak - not even a chair nor kettle in the room so after arrival we went and asked nicely for cups and hot water(we had coffee sachets) . We were chased away - not now, not now. Later we were grudgingly given paper cups. He arranged a vehicle to take us to the chimera about 3kms away for which we had to pay 60 TRY. On departure we asked where to get the dolmus to take us up to the main Antalya Rd. He dismissively waved us away -"Up the road". We dragged our cases a couple of doors down where a friendly young chap - Deniz, I think - sold delicious fruit juice. He kindly sat us down in their little restaurant, offered us apple tea and called a dolmus thereby restoring our faith in the warmth and hospitality of theTurkish people.
PS I have refrained from commenting on the showers, etc
