Yildiz Hotel

I stayed at Yildiz Hotel for 8 nights, me and my friend. We enjoyed staying here because of the warm place and warm people.
The hotel is 300 m far from beach, so also has good location. Nice and clean swimming pool and good breakfast.
We had a room at 1st floor with big terrace and a beautiful view.
The staff of the hotel and the owner was everytime there to help. Nice people and nice place to have a beautiful and relax holiday.
We recommend :)

We stayed here in August. Very simple hotel . Yes if you are looking for basic then it is for you . The hotel very basic and adequate. 
We booked last minute. We didn’t find anything in reasonable priced in Bodrum part from Yildiz. 
Breakfast was traditional Turkish food and very simple .
The pool side also basic...
The service was great especially receptionist lady . She let me use her phone that i can book flight.(thank you again)
Very noisy from the medusa night Club. If you don’t like then avoid to stay here.
Would I stay here again probably not. 

All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

To start with the pros:
- helpful and very friendly staff
- nice pool with lots of green around
- nice restaurant, we were happy with the food and they have decent prices
- pool table:)
- room was ok/clean, bed was comfortable
- close to the beach

cons:
- it is super noisy during the night as being close to a club (I suppose it's difficult to find a quite place in Gümbet, however)
- The toilet was squeezed into a corner which was a bit uncomfortable

I don't know about the prices, we didn't research that much but I think that it was really fair. (50TL/person in a double room, high season).

My husband and I stayed here for about a week.  The staff were very flexible as we extended our stay several times, one night at a time.  They let us pay for everything upon check out, including the few meals we had at the restaurant.  The breakfast wasn't spectacular and always exactly the same.  The pool area was really nice and relaxed, complete with billiards and air hockey, and the restaurant was surrounded by beautiful flowering trees.  The hotel was overall quite charming and in a great location.  We never had an issue bringing in drinks from outside, so they may have changed this policy, since some of the older reviews.

Flexible staff, laid back atmosphere

The rooms are really basic and not very clean, some do not even have balconies and that is not good. The resort of Gumbet is great, we did not use the pool area as the beach is so nice, think we wanted as little time as possible there.
