First time at Paloma Family Club & My husband Kev & I had a wonderful holiday here. We arrived late after midnight & was taken to our room. After breakfast the next morning I realised it was a bit of a walk to the restaurant so I asked at reception if we could change rooms to one closer & Seher was so helpful & understanding & after lunch we were in a new room. It was lovely. All the bar & restaurant staff went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. The Bar & Restaurant Manager was always around to help & ensure the guests & his staff were happy. Gokhan was so good to us & answered any question we had. He helped us a lot & made our holiday a lot better. So many lovely staff, Mehmet, Galismaz, & many more. The cats were such fun & the gentleman who owned them was so polite & welcoming. We will definitely recommend this Hotel & return in the future for another fabulous holiday. Thank you all for making our holiday special. Hope to see you all again.
