Thank you for an excellent holiday in a period where we were unsure that we would be getting away  Due to Covid-19.
Lovely small complex right on the beach with plenty of sun loungers around the pool and at its own private part of the beach.
Apartments are isolated somewhat with a good 15 min walk to the first decent restaurant (Salt Kitchen - well worth a visit) and a further 15 min walk into Turgutreis town centre.
Apartments are spacious and come with excellent facilities - comfy beds, sofas etc. Washing machine was excellent addition allowing us to keep towels/sheets washed. Advised that appts would be cleaned on weekly basis but this did not happen.
Overall great, very quiet (this could have been due to timing of visit) location and one I would thoroughly recommend.
Top tips - keep all windows and doors closed at night as dogs can be very noisy. Take/buy some washing machine tablets. WiFi is limited

First timers

Have just returned from a 2 week holiday here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on ground level. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with everything you need for self catering. Being on the ground level was great as we could walk straight from the balcony to the pool. The pool was also great for my 8 year old son who started the holiday as a new swimmer lacking in confidence and ended the holiday with bags of confidence. This was down to the fact that the pool was nice and quiet with it just being a small complex. The staff we so nice and so very helpful! This was our first time in Turkey but will definitely not be our last and we wouldn’t hesitate at coming back to these apartments. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Turgutreis along the promenade, but we quite often got a taxi if it was too hot, as it only cost around £3.

We will definitely be back!

Spacious apartment ang good friendly staff. Cleanliness could have been better and the owner charged us £50 to keep the place until our airport pick up arrived.Great location for watching the sun set.

Sea And You

Pros:  Great pool area with plenty of comfy beds. Situated on beach front where you can use other hotels jetty and swim to pontoon. Loads of fish under there!!!!
Friendly and helpful staff and a great little beach bar for drinks and snacks on site. 
Highly recommend The Queen boat trip! The captain, Emre and the entertainer, Tommy will make it a day to remember 😍
Hassans, uncles, lapikant restaurant for top quality food and service and paddy’s bar for socialising and sport!
Cons:  No safe! Difficult to keep an eye on what money and where it was stashed in different places!!!! 😞
Rooms very spacious but air conditioning only worked in the one bedroom so had maintenance in and out for a few days trying to fix it. 
On arrival, floors were filthy so feet were filthy so beds got filthy unless you walked round in footwear. 
Ants in kitchen on surfaces before we even started with any food but I know this is a common problem. 
Bed sheets, blankets and towels rough and a bit of a shock after our usual 5star hotel accommodation. The kids were grateful for their blankets we had brought for the plane. 
Room cleaned once in 2 weeks but not the balcony so you had dirty dusty feet coming in to dirty floors again. ( there was a mop and bucket in room by the way for you to clean) 
We usually go all inclusive so not used to emptying our own bins and cleaning whilst on holiday and sadly I found out you could pay £5 daily for one as we were leaving! 
The walk into town was beautiful but more like 40 minutes. Taxi less than 3 pound. 
I would highly recommend paying £30 taxi transfer to and from airport as it took 2 hours on the coach as we were the last drop so payed for taxi back to airport 40 minutes. 
Amazing quaint little town with wonderful people and lots of shopping to be done.
We would definitely return to this area. 



Lovely clean pool

Fantastic location right by the sea. Apartments are very clean and spacious with all of the basic utensils that you will need. Plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Private beach area with sun beds and umbrellas. Water sports nearby. A snack shack on site for drinks etc and a spotless pool really make this complex stand out from the rest. Compared to the surrounding hotels this one is peaceful and if you are looking for pumping house music then this place is not for you. Really friendly staff and the owner is very helpful. Within walking distance you have some nice restaurants and bars and the town of Turgutreis is a 25mins stroll along the promenade. We loved this place and the complex and surrounding area far exceeded our expectations. 

First visit to Turkey 

We stayed here for a week 19/07/18 and it really wasn't enough. What a wonderful little gem! Really wished we had stayed for 2 weeks. Cenap the owner welcomed us with a warm smile in the early hours after a delayed flight and we immediately felt at home. We stayed here with 2 children aged 13 and 15 and the spacious 2 bed apartment we had couldn't have been better. Totally went beyond our expectations and it was such a treat to have a dishwasher and a washing machine too!
What makes this such a special place is the beautiful and peaceful location along with the warm and welcoming staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you really feel like you are staying with good friends. Its such a contrast from the busy hotels further down the promenade.. a little oasis. Plenty of sunbeds so we never worried about having to put towels down. We were recommend some amazing restaurants by Cenap and enjoyed eating out every night. Thank you for an amazing holiday.. we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Holiday

Stayed in the apartments 10/07 – 24/07/2018. We had a first floor, two bedroom apartment for our party of five (mother with 2 young people, 12 years & 14 + Grandparents). This is a small size complex of about 25-30 units, besides the two bedroom they have three bedroom and a few one bedroom. Our accommodation was nothing short of ‘outstanding’ considering the price. Briefly it consisted of a very large lounge/kitchen with a fold down sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans & utensils. It has a gas hob but no cooker. You can purchase a 20 litre fresh water dispenser on site for 12 TL. There’s a small tv in the lounge with a limited number of channels (only English BBC World News), but it takes a usb memory stick, so I had plenty of downloads for the kids, but you are not there for the tv. There was a good size bedroom with two single beds, an ample size separate bathroom with shower. The main bedroom had an on suite which was ‘massive’ and included a washing machine. It has a large balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and gives beautiful sea views. There were three air conditioning units one in the lounge and one in each bedroom, it was excellent and cost £3 per day, £42 for the two weeks which I thought very reasonable.  I forgot to mention an important fact, on our arrival the apartment was not just clean it was ‘spotless’.
The swimming pool and sun bed area is very clean, with no necessity to ‘put towels out in the morning’ there are always plenty of beds. You never get more than half a dozen people in the pool so it is perfectly adequate, its about 18 metres in length with a continuous depth of approx. 1.5 metres. There is also a small paddling pool for children. The pool bar serves snacks, – burgers, chips, toasties, salads, soft drinks and alcohol. The prices are reasonable, 7TL for Fanta & Coke, 13 TL for bottles of beer.
The private beach is directly in front of the complex, once again with ample supply of sunbeds. It’s a pebbly beach so sand shoes are recommended, it’s shallow and reasonably warm.       
There are a couple of shops within a short walk where you can get the essentials like bread, and milk, but generally they are more expensive so people use the supermarkets such as Migros in Turgutries which are cheap. 
Wi Fi is free within the complex and many of the local bars and restaurants, but it is very slow by UK standards. 
To summarise if you know anywhere in a nicer location, with better accommodation, that’s greater value for money, and has friendlier staff than SEA & YOU APARTMENTS please let me know as I don’t think it exists!!!

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT APARTMENTS, JUST GREAT!

Fantastic apartments & resort . Apartment very spacious , clean and well equipped . We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage sons and it was exactly what we needed. Pool lovely & no race for sun beds , always plenty . Walk into the main resort is about 25 mins but we enjoyed it . It’s pretty flat and beautiful views along the way . Taxi only around 18 lira ( £3) so sometimes got it one way . Plenty of great restaurants and great value . Our boys loved the shops for all the fake designer gear! Would definitely go back !
