9 reviewsThis year was our third time at La Paloma Lanta , Rene and his family are perfect hosts on hand for any problems and a little chat, but leaves you alone to enjoy the fantastic views of the beach . I have stayed in both of the two studies are both well equipped for your stay , bathroom with shower ,toilet and basin quite compact . They have a big bed quite hard but I like that . The air con is very good and so is Wifi, there is also safe and settee . But the best thing about La Paloma is the view you wake up to and the amazing sunsets you see . There is no getting up at 6am to claim your sun beds like some larger resorts you have 4 all to your self !! and 2 plastic chair and little table and two chairs under veranda., 2 sun umbrellas , table and outside shower . You do get a little road noise , but you soon get used to it because you are on one of the best beaches on Ko Lanta it's a good trade off. Although the studios are side by side you still have your privacy. You can step down straight on the beach from the studios and can walk to several restaurants in your bare feet perfect after watching the sunset with a cool Chang , bar Richey is worth a look . Next door is a good place to rent a scooter off Mr Pong , there is 7 11 and Tesco Lotus to get some supplies. I'm sure we will be back to see Rene again !!!
