Pimm the manager is friendly. She took good care of us. They had great breakfast and it was included in the room rate. Coffee was fresh and strong. The delux family room we got is big and clean, with its own balcony. We pushed the small bed together with big bed and 4 of us slept nicely. We stayed 4 nights during the 2016 new year. We would stay again if in Chiang Mai.
