Stayed here a week while in Chiang mai. The location is great (A short walk away from old town) and the room itself is very spacious and modern. Included in the room was a kettle, a fridge, a tv and a balcony. They also have bike rentals aswell for an additional charge. The owner is very friendly and accomodating, highly recommend this place.

Modern, clean spacious room in great location

I stayed in the resort with my family in January 2018 for 3 nights only.After one night in very disappointing hotel in Bangkok we didn’t expect much.But from very beginning we where very positively surprised.Place is run by nice and friendly couple.They both were very welcoming and helpful.Rooms really clean very good looked after place.Good location in old town.7/11 about 2 min walk.I have to mention about the man from reception,he stayed at the resort mostly night shifts.He was absolutely brilliant and helpful with organising our cooking class such a lovely person.Thank You all so much.Chiang Mai is beautiful-my favourite place in Thailand.

Clean place with friendly people 

The room we got was much bigger than any other we have gotten in Thailand so far! The owner was also helpful in calling cabs for us and booking a cooking class for us. Only negative thing I have to say is that the bed was rock hard, but other than that it was very good!

Big clean room close to old city

We’ve been staying in a family room with a balcony that is a good space for three friends. 
The internet was stable.
No kitchen, no open space ore lobby though. But worth it for the price and location.

Comfy room for three

Waited 30 minutes for somebody to check us in despite the advertised 24 hour reception. Myself and my partner decided to treat ourselves to a room with A/C. It seemed like a good fit however we were shocked and disappointed to find the A/C gives out hot air. We took up the issue with the very confused lady at reception when she finally made an appearance. Put me on the phone with her very unprofessional boss who was at a party and made no effort to find time to speak to us. They gave us a fan for the time being which was okay for an immediate fix. Disgusting room with bugs and cobwebs. I'd rather sleep on the streets than pay money to sleep here again. Currently waiting for staff to actually be here to discuss the issues we have had. Do not stay here under any circumstances.
