13 reviewsClose to MRT (100m) and in a safe area making it a well located hotel. The hotel is on the 11th& 12th floors (top floors) of the building. We were greeted by the owner of the hotel who was very nice and spoke English. We were given a free upgrade which was a plus. The bath tub was brilliant - and TV had English channels. There are many places to eat and bakeries around. The hotel itself isn’t ‘new’ but the air con worked as did the TV and very good strong water pressure and good hot water. It’s spacious in the rooms and there is free water bottles and amenities in the bathroom. The only thing I would change about the hotel is the carpet - just feel like that needs replacing as it seems a little older. The hotel is a good base for tourists in Taipei - as the close MRT makes it accesible to the tourists spots which are scattered across the MRT stations. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. We slept so well we actually missed breakfast but the hotel provides a buffet breakfast in the restaurant by the hotel lobby. Would definitely stay again and it’s well priced compared to similar hotels in Taipei. Thankfully we saw more recent reviews on agoda which speak highly of this hotel - the ones here on Tripadvisor are from a couple of years ago and don’t reflect the hotel now. Thank you for having us.
