You do get what you pay for.  The rooms are old and not in the best of shape but for an overnight stay due to airline layovers, much better than a hard floor at the airport.  I couldn't find anyplace close to eat that would take a credit card so the owner was kind enough to change US $20 for me as well as taking me out to dinner!  

Free McD breakfast in the morning and the owner made sure the cab got me to the airport on time.  Taxi ride is now $15.  Was told by a local you could use Uber for cheaper.

I enjoyed my layover!

飛行機の乗り換えに24時間あったため、こちらに2泊しました。
たいへんリーズナブルなので、タクシーで移動しても価値があると思います。
桃園空港からホテルまで、深夜にウーバーを利用して約350TWD、
出発日も同じく深夜にホテルの方にタクシーを呼んでいただき、約450TWDでした。
ホテルのベッドはシングルを二つつなげたものでしたが、寝心地は悪くなく、旅の疲れも取れました。シャワーも広々としています。お掃除はもうすこし丁寧にして欲しいと思いました。
レセプションは真夜中も開いており、たいへん便利です。
受付の方は日本語も話せる方で大変たすかりました。親切に中歴の見どころもいろいろ紹介してくださり、駅前の商店街までなんと案内してくださいました。
ホテルからは中歴の夜市まで徒歩で歩いていけます。
ホテルの下にはコンビニがあり、駅前のかなり大きい商店街まで歩いて10分もかかりません。
そして驚いたのが異国情緒あふれる街並み。外国人労働者が週末は多く集まっており、さながらプチフィリピン＆ベトナムになっていました。
彼らが故郷の食材を求めて集うようで、台湾にいながら本格的な東南アジア料理が楽しめます。
今回、桃園空港周辺のホテルと迷いましたが、こちらまで移動すれば観光もできるので、トランジットの時間が長い方にはお勧めです！
Very nice hotel to use for transit.  It takes about 45mins from Taoyuen International airport, but hotel price being so reasonable, it worth paying for taxi. 350TWD by Uber and 450TWD by taxi (both night time price)
Room is nice and comfortable with mineral water and all the necessary amenities in the room.  Water pressure was good, too.  But cleaning can be improved.
We checked in around 2 am, and were happy our check in was smooth.  The guy at the reception was very nice, he is fluent in maybe 5 languages are so. We enjoyed chatting with him and he kindly showed all the nice place to see in town.
Nice bonus of staying this hotel is you can really enjoy looking around the town.  The hotel is close to local shopping area neat the station.  It is like a little Philippines or Vietnam as there were many workers gather during the weekend.
Also night market is a must see!  It is only 15 to 20 walk and you can enjoy local food;>
Overall I had good stay and would like to come back again.

トランジットで利用でき、観光まで。Good location and value for money!

I stayed at this hotel on business.
The location of this hotel is almost central of Jhongli(Zhongli) city and it takes 20mins by taxi from Taoyuan International Airport.When I used taxi, it costed NT$200.

The hotel in on the 5th floor in commercial building(I think) as my picture shows.
Appearance of the building is not good but room is clean and I could stay comfortably.
The staff whom I talked, could not speak English but was so friendly.

There is a convenience store on the 1st floor(seven eleven) and it is so convenient.

Good thing is that you can go to Jhongli Xinming Night Market and it takes 20mins on foot.
I think it is not so far.

I think it is suitable hotel for the travelers who want to save the cost for staying,

Good Valued Hotel

The hotel room is completely looks different than website, after I asked they told me thats only on main building, which not available at moment....... I been change two different rooms in two days.... super dirty and terrible smells in the room,sometimes while I'm showering it's only cold water, hotel lobby always lights out,after when I complain to the people who works there, the only thing they told me if you don't like you can check out but we won't return the money...... Which I already paid 4 days payment in the beginning, definitely I won't go there again coz it's not worth it for the price I paid for.

Hotel located in the middle of the shopping and entertainment area.  This hotel on the 5th floor can be difficult to find.  Clean and spacious room with split levels which can be a nuisance.  A few English TV channels.  Breakfast mainly Taiwanese style and the usual bread and spreads.  Airport bus terminal a few doors down from the railway station.
