Perfectly located in kending. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Just want to leave a short review cause my experience is not in line with the review below:).

I stayed in the single room/twin bed room for 5 nights. The room was pretty and clean. They cleaned everyday (and the woman who cleaned most of the days spoke English). I had no window in my small room, but I didn't expect that for the price. I had a refrigerator in the room and just outside there were free drinking water. You will get a toothbrush and soap.
The location is really good! 20 seconds to the bus stop, 1 minute to the night market, 4 minutes by feet to the main beach. Obviously there are many restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the large beach. If it's too windy, you can always go to the small beach that's 15 minutes away by feet. I did not speak so much with the staff but I suppose they are all friendly. 

If you don't read in Chinese: there is no "Hotel" sign in English and you don't really see that you stand in front of a hotel. I think I used Google maps but looked at the picture on Booking.com without recognizing the building or the sign (I think the sign was placed somewhere slightly different in the picture which made it more difficult to compare... but at this moment I'm not 100 percent sure). 
But just look for an orange sign next to the motorbikes just beside Family Mart.
