These apartments are perfectly located with the most stunning views of the Matterhorn. The bus station is close by and the cablecar also.
One of the most beautiful locations!!
They have a Spa are available in winter wich is great after skiing.

Beautiful Chalet

We had just walked down from Goernergrat    We were wet from rain and exhausted.  We asked if the restaurant could call us a taxi.  
She said she would call for a 1/2 franc.  I put  a 2 franc coin on the table, she didn’t like how I put the coin on the table, so she walked away.   No explanation.  This type of behavior is really uncommon and hopefully not representative of this hotel 

We left and walked thru town for another 45 minutes, until we finally found a taxi home.   



Rude and crude

We loved our stay here! Location is close enough to town, but removed enough that you enjoy a much more quiet, calm setting with stunning views. Pleasant walk to town (15 mins?) and only 4 mins from the Matterhorn gondola (one of 3 Zermatt mountain-going gondolas/trains, all heading different directions). The walk back is a steady gradual incline, but wasn't too steep for us when taking the main road (the back way is steeper). Bus stops VERY close by and goes till perhaps 7:30 pm? (then it's taxis or walk) Apartment was LOVELY!!  New, modern, bright, spacious, clean, comfortable - a relaxing retreat to hang out in and we slept very well too. Kitchen very well equipped. Upstairs floors have amazing views. Downstairs unit most likely has a great view as well but the balcony is right next to the street. However, there is a ~4' high balcony wall and it's mainly pedestrians.... except for quiet electric-powered (think golf cart) small bus and taxis now and then during the day... so, still more quiet/private than staying in town I imagine. We were disappointed the jacuzzi only runs during the winter, but Haus (Chalet) Herbi is fantastic!

Quiet, spacious, modern, and beautiful views!

Beautiful Apartment with stunning views of the Matterhorn.  Very spacious 3 bed apartment with lots of cooking facilities ie Fondue, coffee maker, microwave.  Great location with Bus stop close by and within walking distance of the gondola. Nice walk down into town but steep on way back so checking out bus timetable is advisable lol.  Lovely Wellness centre with Jacuzzi and Sauna in basement.  Restaurant next door and another a few 100 yards down the road.  We really enjoyed our stay.
