We stayed here in March 2020 and had a lovely stay. Niroshen was very helpful, whenever we needed something he made sure that we had it. Fresh towels every day and a lovely breakfast upstairs. Next time we are in Mirissa we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Good location about 5 mins walk to the beach but then far enough away to be quiet at night. Strong WiFi, some rooms better than others, good value. Would recommend it for those wanting a midrange place to stay

The rooms are very clean and appear kind of upmarket - though the price is not. The place is quite new, they have good breakfast. Staff was friendly and patient, though not extremely helpful or knowledgeable. We could use their phone for local calls before we bought a local SIM card. The hotel has a package-tour kind of charme (a bit soulless, but spacious and with good interiors), though there was hardly anyone staying there when we visited.

Would recommend it! Looked so much better that alternatives in the neighborhood (for the same price!).

Keeping in mind that we're going to live in Asia some time we tried to find the most comfortable hotel, but not too expensive though. And seems we'd managed to. Quite clean room with clean bedclothes and towels (to be honest, there are some blots on them, but it's not because there were not washed). The hotel itself is also quite cozy and clean. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Far enough from big road, but still ~5 mins to the beach, a lot of good cafes and restaurants in the area.
Perhaps the most annoying thing was a low pressure of hot water (on the first floor) and quite bad noise isolation.
I would recommend to set a dark drapes, because it was also very lightly at 6.30 a.m. already.
All in all it was quite a good choice.

Very nice stay

Good Hotel , quiet , strong WiFi and good value 

Inexpensive hotel with good breakfast and very good value rooms

Not too expensive, but still quite good

We booked one night here over agoda, but when we arrived they didnt seem to have any idea about the booking. We didnt sign anything and didnt actually have a check-in. when we showed them our reservation they just said “Yes yes, No problem, please come” and we then Got a Room. 
The Day after we had breakfast, which was quite a funny experience actually. The egg was a little bit raw and the tea we ordered were without any tea, so my girlfriend Got some hot water with sugar and milk😂. 

At checkout they were about to charge us for a room more expensive than we reserved. We then again showed Them our reservation and showed Them the Price that stood in our reservation(5% City tax gets added to the Price), but refused that this were the right Price. We talked to the manager over the phone and he yelled quite a lot at us. Then my girlfriend got furious, and after some yelling in a couple of minutes we finally could get out of the place, paying What we actually were meant to pay.

All in all - unprofessional, intransparent and quite incompetent. But also a little bit funny :)


Weird experience

Stayed here for one night and had 3 rooms booked. As we went out for the day, found items in our bags moved to other bags and electrical items stolen. Staff wolf whistled at us inappropriately, would not recommend to stay here.
