We stayed only 1 night - that was enough. 
They really need to improve  all round  - the worst place we've  ever been in.
To their credit they allowed us to cancel the rest of our booking without penalty.

Needs to do much better.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with a good view. went with ma daughter and wife. nice Sri Lankan breakfast with Arabian Lunch,
Small pool but truly enjoyable. 
I would recommend if you going to visit this place you should have their BBQ Delicious.
value for money.
good friendly staff.
we will go back Insha Allah!


Spring room

The hotel consists of 5 rooms . rooms are not fresh and littel bit smelly . however the garden is very nice and they are doing a new pool there. The Breakfast is same as the guesthouses allover sri lanka 1 egg  , butter and jam  but they added a plate of curry. 

Friendly staff 

We spend 3 nights in this hotel. The room we get when we arrived, wich we spend the first night was very awfull. There was a window but it fellt like there was none because of the Wall exactly behind, so almost no sunlight. The bathroom was kind of filthy and had allways this smell of food throu the vent because of the kitchen right behind. BUT, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpfull, when we asked for another room, they gave us inmediately something really excellent, a room a lot bigger with window, massagechair and a big clean bathroom with massageshower and we didn't have to pay extra. 
My feeling with the staff was, if you aren't happy with something just ask nicely and they will do the best they can to help you. 
So all in all, after getting a new room at no extra charge, our experience there was fine.
If you consider to stay there then try to book the room with the massagechair etc. 
Nice, lovely garden and a good location btw. Near to udawatakele park and toothrelict.
