We rent second floor of the Accoma Villa for 3 weeks (18 des to 10 jan 2016) and we are very Satisfied!!! 
Both bedrooms had air-condition. It was clean, spacious, and came with a full kitchen and have a great balcony. It is near the beach (7-10 min walk) and it is easy to go by tuk tuk or walk to places in Hikkaduwa. 

The owner is very service minded, courteous, friendly and very helpful, and will help you with anything you need. You can arrange to go on tours or day trips by talking to the owner. He will also recommend nice hotels, restaurants and other tourist spots. We had to trips (1 day and 2 day trip) over the island with him. And we liked it so much! It was nice to have everything taken care of! He even arranged Christmas decorations on our porch on Christmas Eve 

I will recommend this Villa to everybody -families, couples, or singles. We found the villa to be safe and it felt like we was at home – there was a man who was guard at night. 
Overall my first trip to Sri Lanka was a very good experience and the locals are warm and friendly people. 

You will not find a more peaceful or lovely place to stay at such a ok price. I haven't enough words to express my impressions. Thank you, Chandana!:-)

A great place to stay in Hikkaduwa!

This villa comes highly recommended. Chandana was very helpful and welcoming. We were a group of 4 friends staying 4 nights and he was happy to accommodate a 5th person and late notice for a small additional fee. The place and the linen was all very clean and tidy and it was great to have our own living space and kitchen to feel right at home. It is a little out of town, requiring a 5 min tuk tuk ride, but we often walked the 20 mins into town. Located right near the train station, supermarket and ATM, it is convenient. 
A very peaceful place in such a quiet location. We all slept the best of our entire trip here and were sad to leave. 
The price is fair considering the facilities. 

Comfortable and quiet

It was our first trip to Sri-Lanka. My friends and I (three girls) choose Hikkaduwa: surfing, good beach, fun party place and best feedback in the Internet!

We always manage your trip by yourself. We found The Accoma Villa on Villas.com. It was great comfortable accommodation, as we've finally realised! Accoma villa is good equipped and calm place! We rented second flor for two weeks. 

Chandana, host of Villa, is friendly, open-minded and helpful person. It's not city center, but it's really calm house (deep sleep and good rest). It takes 5 minutes to the beach by Took-Took (150 rupees).

One disadvantage: air condition is in one bedroom only((
But a lot of advantages: silence around the Villa (who lives near road dreams about it!!), railway station is 5 minutes by foot (convenient for your private trip on the Island), supermarkets and fruit/vegetables market is 7 minutes by foot, good equipped kitchen, great balcony, safe for your money and documents, etc.

I guess, It could be good place for family holidays with children too!

Accoma Villa is not cheep (we asked other people about rent price for their rooms), but it's true price for this conditions!

At the end I want to say: Accoma Villa is strictly recomended for your best holidays on Sri-Lanka!!!

I fell in Love Sri-Lanka..

I rented the first floor about a week - it is clean and spacious. I had a lot of space for a single person. Internet and a safe valuables are included. It was quiet and relaxing space to retire after a day of sight seeing. The owner is courteous, friendly and has a sense of humor. Accoma villa would be a great place to stay as a family or as a group of friends or if you prefer to go solo that's okay too. The owner will also organize day trips for sight seeing. Overall my first trip to Sri Lanka was a good experience and the locals are warm and friendly people. If you are ever in need anything, just call the owner and he will make sure that it gets done for you. Thank you Chandana!!

First Sri Lankan Vacation

The villa was an amazing place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and came with a full kitchen which I really enjoyed having. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He was available for airport pick up/drop off and also took me on an absolutely wonderful day trip. It was nice to have everything taken care of! I would recommend the Acomma Villa to everyone! It will make your Sri Lanka visit one to remember.
