All check-in takes place at the reception of the Florasol Aparthotel, located at 7 Calle Camino del Cohe, Puerto de la Cruz. Reception opening hours are 08:00 to 22:00. Once check-in has been completed, staff will accompany guests to their apartment.
Deposit:
