Thank you very much for probably the best meal of my vacation! Excellent! My reccomendations for other guests is to try their tuna carpaccio + the entrecote. 
The service was also very good and friendly. We are definately coming back next year.

Very good place

The restaurant is not closed, by chance we passed by and we saw the owner which lead us to our table. His recommendations were very delicious and we enjoyed the small talk with him, a wonderful man! The food was great, light and with a lot of favours. For sure we will pass by again!

Lovely dinner in Puerto Rico

Nice quiet place for family holiday and staff very friendly , room it large and see view, low price for room and have everything you need, near beach just cross the road. Our family stayed on august for 19days not have any problems at all. We will go back there again.

Nice apartment for holiday

Nice clean apartments close to beach and promenade..  Nice walk into playa de ingles, close to bars resterants and easy walk to night life but nice  quiet area    Perfect,,,, supermarket close by mainly owned by private accommodation but nice and quiet

Nice area

I agree with previous comments about the apartments: nice and clean, quiet inside and a bit noisy from the nearby road. Special thanks to Manuel and cleaning lady who help to make our stay flawless. Muy trabajadores!
I would like to say few practicalities regarding stay in the apartments. Originally I was a bit sceptic that almost none of aparments in Maspalomas have air conditioning, but after our visit I understood that they are not really needed there: during days the sun is in zenith (in July) and does not heat the room and nights are chill. Having windows opened is enough to keep room temperature on a comfortable level.
The apartments have two rooms: living room and bedroom. Kitchen has all that is required for cooking: plates, cups, pans, knives, forks, spoons, microwave oven and many other stuff, all clean, mostly new.
Cleaning is 5 times per week (no cleaning on Tuesday and Sunday), sheets changed once a week.
The apartments are nicely located to everything required for a holiday traveller: beach - 3 minutes walk, few small shops around, couple of nice restaurants with night shows. 10 minutes refreshing walk in the evening provides you with disco bars, karaoke and minigolf.
Manuel (who, according to his own words, is a receptionist, gardener, plummer, cleaner and many other things worker) gave us very good hint about parking. The parking on the street is not free and ticket machine provides few options but max payment is limited with 2,4 euro which turns into 4 hours. If you want to park for a full day you need to purchase 2 separate tickets at once: one for 2 euro and one for 1 euro making in total 3 euro payment. Place both tickets under the windshield. Even though this is nowhere officially mentioned, I did this trick every day and got no fines (I saw myself lady who was giving fines to many cars around but skipping mine).
Our room was located on the top 4th floor (counting from 1) and we had partial view to the ocean from the balcony which we definetely enjoyed during every meal we had there (breakfasts and dinners were especially pleasant).
All in all, we enjoyed the stay in the aparments and can highly recommend them for stays, also for families with kids. Extremenly good value for money.

Great apartments and freindly staff

Apartments were ideally situated and quiet although the road was busy and noisy.
The pool and surrounding garden area was well kept,clean and had some useful shade.
Apartment was furnished basically affording nothing in the way of comfortable seating especially on the balcony. Can't snooze on a £5 resin chair.

Very convenient for beach shops and restaurants.

These expectations where Not fulfilled:

- private bathroom was mentioned in a Mail - there was No private bedroom

- No mentioning about separated floors

-only underaged students living at the Appartements

- stuff is not trying to solve Problems, No answering to Mails, No trying to find compromises

- stuff also Tries to source Out all Problems, I was send from one Person to another --> No one feels Like beiing in charge
