79 reviewsThis was a real gem of a place. It was so peaceful & views were beautiful - (pretty much 360* rolling hills!) Our daughter really loved the wee play area and all the animals (goats, chickens, a donkey, cows AND a horse - i.e. heaven for a one-year old!) It looked like a pretty good place for older children too (table football, trampoline, basketball hoop etc.) Our apartment was beautiful & it was great to have our own little garden area outside to hang out in. Most importantly for us, the owners were genuinely welcoming and thoughtful - each day they came by to check how we were doing & see if we wanted any recommendations for the area. The village of Romillo had the advantage of feeling quite off the beaten track, but in fact it was very easy to get to the nearby towns, mountains & beaches nearby. All in all, I'd be surprised if we don't go back another holiday there.
