We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. We were driving through Europe so car parking was important. Couldn’t have been easier! Out of the highway tunnel straight into the secure underground hotel car park. We didn’t touch the car for our next three days in Madrid. Check-in was seamless. The bedroom delightful. The biggest bed we have ever had in a hotel. Beautifully appointed with great bed linen. The bathroom was perfect with great products. The hotel location is perfect for visiting the palace side of Madrid (palace only 5 mins walk) and only 30 mins walk to Retiro / Prado etc. Wonderful restaurants close by (see my separate review on our favourite). The pool deck / restaurant area was great - small pool but nice to take a plunge after sight seeing on a hot day. And the food and drinks in the rooftop bar were lovely - with an amazing setting overlooking the roof tops and palace. Staff were super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel.
