Hotel Los Rebites

A group of us (7 people) got 5 rooms there for a weekend in early July. The hotel is hard to get to because of recent changes to the direction of the one-way streets and the steep hills all around Huetor Vega, but it's worth it if you're looking for somewhere quiet. The hotel itself is more like a family's home (which it is, too). The suite I got had a lovely large terrace over the back yard with views onto the valley. It was a nice large room with a TV and a nice large bathroom with a window (which I really like), closets etc. and air conditioning. The breakfast cost extra, at 3 euros for continental (coffee and toast) or 6 euros for "special" breakfast, with cold cuts and cheese, but in my opinion, for the price of the room, the continental breakfast should be included (and improved a bit). Because it's far from downtown Granada and there are no bars in walking distance, it would have been helpful if there had been a minibar in the rooms or a bar service late in the evening in the back yard, to have a drink while chatting with friends and other guests near the pool. Just a suggestion. The hotel was immaculately clean. The single rooms were missing shower curtains, which made showering difficult; the shower head in my room hardly worked, so maybe a bit more attention to detail is in order. The owner was very kind to let us park our motorcycles inside a locked and gated area behind the hotel, which I very much appreciated.
