We've spent five days in one of these apartments just down the street and the only good thing is its location An apartment without ventilation, one window, very humid and very careless in many respects, without gel and without hand soap, molten light bulbs, both in a room and in the bathroom, one of the sinks with water loss falling to the ground, if they say so but they didn't pay attention The bathroom bar is loose, and little cleaning, the mantles are wet and all the old furniture is careless, it's a shame that the owners don't pay attention to taking a little more care of these details.

We were in an apartment just down the street. Modest but very correct. The comfortable beds, the clean and spacious bathroom. Everything quite clean. Perfect for a weekend. To highlight the attention received from the moment of booking until check out, which will let us out later (with a supplement).

 Perfect choice.

We were accommodating 4 people. It has a room with a wedding bed and a sofa bed in the dining room-kitchen, leaving another sofa available in front of the TV to sit you during the stay. Both the hotel maid and the maintenance staff were kind at all times. We had hot water problems and it didn't take long to fix a recipe that had emerged outside our apartment and must have been affecting others as well. The best location. In the middle of a sea walk. In addition, they do the daily cleaning (beds, bathroom and floors) and the Wi-Fi connection works well. The problem is that we couldn't leave food outside the fridge because it was full of ants. We usually passed with a boiler for each of them from the kitchen kitchen.

It was the first time we visited Candas, but it will not be the last, and of course we will return to the Astillero apartments.Ana is lovely.From here we thank her for the treatment she has given us.The choice of the place was to be close to Gijón, but Candás deserves a stop on the itinerary.

Treatment is inmejorable.

To feel at home. Comfortable rooms, without great luxuries but with everything necessary. Ana is an excellent hostess and tour guide. She knows your area and knows how to recommend it. The pool is very quiet. It's great for taking a few minutes' rest between activities. Its location allows for a quick exit to the highway and is very close to the area's magnificent beaches, el Aguilar, the Artedo shell, but even more beautiful are the unknown ones of El Silencio, San Pedro y Oleiros.

On the day of arrival I got a phone call to confirm the time. Very attentive and friendly staff. The apartment was very cool, with everything you need, including coffee☺The great views of the harbor and the beach, although it is true that it is on the street but that did not prevent us from sleeping well. The village liked us very much...we wanted to spend another night and had no choice as it was already booked, but before saying no, we confirmed the reservation for the chance that all the details were in order).

We are back!!!

Apartments with all the necessary amenities, quite renovated and in the harbor, in front of the beach (5 meters). Location and comfort, a 10. Negative: right on the road and not soundproofed (the door has a finger-pointed edge below = cold and noisy).

 Situation is inmejorable

I really liked it when you could walk, shop, go to the beach and play.The apartments were fine, large and the service run by Ana very good.I recommend the mining museum very close by and Fernando Alonso's.

 My best trip to Asturias

The apartments are on the waterfront. You open the door, and you're out. It's interesting. But if you're sitting in a living room with no curtains turned around, everyone passing by looks into the room. The apartments have two bedrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Only the trays are a little lost. The keys are given away, in the hotel. Everything is fine except one. It was cool at night. But we got off the heater. Wi-fi didn't work. As for parking, we found a free public parking lot on the same street.
