Was so excited about staying here, after reading a lot of great reviews. It’s close to the train station and within walking distance of all the local sights. Room is beautifully decorated, spacious, and nicely stocked. Excellent wifi, and the host was very kind to leave us a lovely welcome note and box of chocolates upon arrival to celebrate our special occasion. Really, really appreciated.

Construction was taking place at the hotel, which we were not told about at the time of booking. We messaged the host (Pilar) to complain after being woken up at 8am by heavy pounding and hammering, as well as very loud conversations. Pilar promised it would not happen again and apologized. Unfortunately, it happened again the very next morning at the same time, right over our heads at 8am, as well as later in the afternoon. This property should not be accepting new reservations until the construction is finished. Disappointed.

Would be perfect, IF we could sleep in…

The first floor apartment exceeded our expectations and was the perfect base for our short stay in Cadiz. Our host Pilar was great, very helpful with all our questions and all the information that she provided was spot on. The arrival and departure process was very simple and there is a dedicated (free) short-stay parking spot on the main road about 100m from the property for unloading. Pilar recommended the Campo del Sur underground car park for longer-term parking, about a ten minute walk, and I think she was right. It cost 18 euro per day which seems to be the going rate in Cadiz.
The apartment was more or less brand new inside, and the whole property has been renovated to a high standard. We loved the rooftop terrace which has table, chairs,couch and recliners plus a good view of the local, lively activity.
Nowhere in the old city is more than a 30 minute walk away and some of the best attractions, restaurants etc are literally within 5 minutes walk.
The facilities were very clean, modern and we were able to cook simple meals. In our 5 days there the apartment was cleaned and towels changed and I am sure that if we had wanted replenishment of supplies they would have been provided - there is someone there every day. All in all one of the best stays of this type we have had, and we would definitely stay again.

A great stay in a lovely historic property that has been beautifully renovated, in a great position in the old city.

Excellent apartments next to Santa Maria Church. Our apartment (nr. 1) was on the ground floor  which has a really good size kitchen with all the kitchen facilities, dining table with four chairs. Bathroom and room fair size and very comfortable.
For  my husband's Birthday we found a card and 2 beers in the fridge which was  a really nice thought. Many thanks.
Everything are walking distance (if you don't lost in the cobble streets. There is a big supermarket just about 5 min walk. There is a roof terrace, which can be great at summer time.
We really liked the apartment and would stay again

Super apartment

We stayed here for a few nights in October. Good idea to have the address as our taxi driver from the train station had to ask his office where the apartments were. There is a telephone number on the front door if there is no one to greet you and if you phone they will advise how to get the key out of the master lock. Once in, the apartment is clean and practical - there is a room downstairs with a washing machine/dryer iron and board and complimentary coffee machine and sherry which was very thoughtful - thank you. Only complaint was that the kettle didnt work in the apartment and wasnt replaced when we advised.    
The apartment is close to the old town and it is quite safe to walk through the quaint alleyways at any time. Getting a taxi back to the train station was stressful as it was ordered but  didnt turn up however our new friend at the bar across the alleyway once again came to our rescue and made sure a taxi arrived with 5 mins to spare for our train to the airport! If you are flying to or from the Jerez airport there is a direct train you can book and costs about 7 euros. Try Renfe or the trainline. The train station is only 5 mins away and a taxi costs about 5 euros. Overall, a good stay at the end of our Spanish trip.

Right in the heart of Santa Maria

Visited Cadiz in May with my daughter. Building dates back to 18th century, and has  been sympathetically modernised.we had a one bedroom apartment.  Very clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen with small induction hob and microwave.  It was in the centre of the old town, 10 min walk to railway station. 10 min to cathedral and market. Beaches maybe 15 min. Owner Is a lovely, helpful lady, don’t forget to see the old well in the building. And there is complimentary sherry, 🍷. My daughter and I loved our stay there. For those with cars, remember this building is in the old centre of an important historic city. It was built before cars were invented, there are car parks nearby.

Delightful, old town apartments

Fabulous 

Absolutely beautiful apartments in a gorgeous restored building. Pilar was so helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of good tips for what to do in Cadiz. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The roof terrace is a brilliant place to enjoy the sun. There are coffee making facilities, a washing machine, snacks and sherry to sample all free of charge. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Pilar!

We were greeted by the host, who was just lovely. She spoke excellent English, which was appreciated and she highlighted all the hotspots in Cadiz as well as giving us a tour of the premises, and the water reservoir and it’s refurbishment. The apartment was gorgeous! Originally where the nuns of St. Maria Church would have lived they have done an amazing job on its refurbishment. Just stunning. The location is superb and once you get your bearings there is so much at your doorstep. I loved the sea wall and walk around it to Castillo de Santa Catalina , through the park, past University to the stunning cathedral and home. Parking is very near, courtesy of the apartments. Managed to also locate Los Flores, for a seafood dinner and we were not disappointed. And the bridge to Cádiz... just like the bridge over the Severn to Cardiff. Cadiz is a beautiful city; excellent accommodation and would definitely recommend to anyone to visit and will return again. Soon ❤️

Superb

Thank you Rocio and Pilar! The place was great, beautiful, super well located. It is an apartment but they also leave coffee and wine for you to taste throughout the day. The flat super comfy and perfect location 5 minutes walk from the beach and super close to the city centre. I would go back again, it felt like home!
