room had black mold everywhere on the ceilings. when we told the hotel employee, he just said “sorry” and didnt care much. we had to complain and beg even more and then he did the bare minimum to give us a spare room a couple doors down that also had black mold. he offered it to us to just use the bathroom making it even more difficult for us to go from one room to another. this hotel was huge and had absolutely not another customer in sight but he didn’t care at all about the black mold and didn’t offer to clean it or move us to another room. the other spare room for the bathroom across the hall was more of a pain and didnt have enough beds. he purposefully gave us that room so we could only use the bathroom which still had mold! all pictures are shown below. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 very awful stay and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. the guy worker was mean!

TERRIBLE SERVICE: BLACK MOLD

Me and my boyfriend planned a very nice trip in yeosu. he booked this hotel for us and ordered BBQ on the rooftop. it cost 20000krw so we thought that they will provided evreything for us. in reality, that 20000krw included nothing without carbon. so basiclly we use 15 euro bought some carbon ( tbf 20000krw can afford 2 bbq buffet at any restraunt as well). no meat, no vegetable. nothing!  all the market is far away from here and at that time we only can take taxi to reach there. therefore we asked them to refund the cash cuz we didnt started to use that carbon yet. They just dont want to refund it even it is not used at all. so we asked to refund half and they also rejected. this thing totally destroyed our mood and the attitude of the reception are extremely bad. 
To be very honest, if you plan to have a nice and peaceful trip in Yeosu. Don't stay here to keep a happy mind.
