1) The person I have communicated Soyoung Kim answers all my inquiry fast and she is very accomodating. 2) They were able to arrange a pick up driver even if we arrive very late around 24:40 at Incheon Airport and also it was a last minute but they were able to do so. 3) They were also able to provide us tour service for Nami Island and Everland Theme Park even if I was able to inform them 2 days prior to our arrival. 4) The reception waited for us even if it beyond their check in time but they must be informed earlier for them to be able to wait up. 5) The rooms is really clean and comfortable, a bit smallee than hotel rooms but nevertheless was great deal for its price. 6) Lastly we feel like VIP guest for the whole stay. Over all staying at these hostel has been great. I would recommend staying with them while in Korea. Hoping to go back and will definitely book with them again.
