Staff very friendly and accommodating. Unit no:1 was great however the unit next doors entertainment area is right next to the main bedroom window and the sound travelled right into our room. The outside gas braai was all rusted and very dangerous and we could not use it, they did however come and put a tempory replacement braai in. Room service forgot to come service the unit on two occasions. Our older daughter stayed in apartments, which included breakfast, the fruit salad and yogurt was dry, but rest of breakfast was good, the room was not cleaned properly. Our location was great for the beach..

all was as expected from such a top class venue - no complaints on the rooms and staff and food. This was our second visit to this venue and will visit again 

Maybe just do one or two variations for the breakfast menu but all was great !!!

It is a fine plc for one night, clean and friendly. The rooms are okay but sober and are looking at a carpark. Friendly staff. More of a travel trough place for 1 night than to stay to explore Plettenbergbaai 

OK place for one night

The location was ideal for Robberg nature reserve, access to the beach and the national park. The apartment was very unique with its stone indoors which was part of its design. Loved the outdoor patio.

Great location for access to beach and surrounding locations

Room was very clean, bed was really comfortable and breakfast was excellent! Can recommend for an overnight stay. Close to the beach with two eateries conveniently a short walk on the beachfront. Staff are friendly.

Great stay

I happened upon this place, almost "by mistake".  On a "going nowhere slowly" road trip, I arrived in Plett early evening and drove around looking for somewhere to stay for a night or two. Called the number on their board outside the hotel and voila! The best find EVER!  
It's across the road from the best swimming beach in Plett and surrounded by great restaurants; it's also a 3 minute drive to another plethora of restaurants on the main road.  The staff are unbelievably kind, efficient, friendly and attentive!  The rooms are spacious, bright and just so practical. Amazing, large, high-pressure shower. They have a generator for when loadshedding kicks in.  

The hotel has the feel of a boutique establishment without being pretentious, with fewer than 15 rooms. Their rates are unbeatable value for money and include a made-to-order hot breakfast as well as a buffet continental offering.  And they have a wonderful coffee machine in the lobby, that is complimentary around the clock.  Safe and plentiful parking.  I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. 

Incredible Find Across the Road from the Beach

I really enjoyed staying at the Plett Beachfront Accomodation. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The view of the sea is sensational - I can only recommend the hotel. The rooms are bright, large and absolutely clean.

Beacon Island Hotel Plettenberg Bay is the best hotel we ve been to since 1995! One cannot fault them.  They're amazing in every aspect! Also same friend's with us from all over the world every year makes for 1 big happy loud fun memories during 2 weeks of sheer bliss

Enjoyed the stay. The staff was great, and the food also matched the quality of service. They have a great view and the best coffee. and i feel like you forcing us to say more than we cn express by wanting more than 200 charecters
