Room was well lit, warm with aircon and a nice shower. I slept in a King Size bed which was comfortable. The place has a wooden floor so it never gets cold.

The staff's kindness and care helped to create a cosy and welcome environment, making the stay feel like home.

We stayed at Tancredi with our three children. We loved the style of the house, the wouden floors and all. Breakfast was more than excellent. We felt safe and at home in our beloved Pietermaritzburg.

I had a great stay. The place is clean and has white linen on all rooms.

The breakfast is delicious and staff is friendly keeping to their moto "come in as a guest and leave as a family".

I will be working at PMB for the next 3 months and will be staying at Tancredi, its closer to the shopping mall and work and I found it to be safe.

I had an awesome stay.....rooms are clean and quiet....The remote control access makes you feel safe....Receptionists are keen to help and friendly.....woke up to a nice breakfast everyday for the 5 nights i spent there

Beautiful Decor I love the rustic look as for the bath was my favorite it's been a long time since I had time to enjoy a bubble bath.

Amazing stay

I enjoyed my stay but I was only disappointed with the breakfast as I did not receive what I ordered on their breakfast order sheet and received no explanation.The room was clean and it exceeded my expectations.

My family and I had a great time at Tancredi B&B. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They never got irritated with my kids. The breakfast was filling. Felt relaxed the whole I was there. I will definitely be back with my little family.

You received our last minute booking in the evening with no hesitation while our employer booked us at dodgy and filthy place and expected us to spend the week there.

You listened to us venting and calmed us down but most of all you made my colleague and I feel safe and comfortable.

I truly appreciate your kindness, your quality service, your awesome communication skills but mostly for treating us with dignity in a Province away from home.

A newly found home away from home

Tancredi exceeded my expectations. The place was very nice, neat and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The comfort of bedding was wow. The place is neat and well taken of. I will definitely book there again.
