The kitchen was too dirty. The kitchen floors, counter and were not clean. We also found dirty pots, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen was inconvenient because it was located upstairs instead of a kitchen per block of rooms.
We were 12 and booked 6 rooms and were surprised to find one bath towel per room instead of 2 per room. We only received 2 towels per room after complaining to the manager on duty. On top of that some towels had holes in them.

Budget accommodation if you will frequent Bela Bela / Warmbaths.

Photos on the website are slightly exaggerated. However, rooms are clean, beds comfortable with good quality bedding and linen.  Good pressure from the shower. The floors are off putting- just need to be resurfaced!  Bedside light not working and lighting in general needs to be improved. Friendly staff.

Our rooms were very basic. The main light and fan in our room did not work. Only 1 towel per room. We did get another after asking. The shower was almost not there with 3 weak streams from shower head. Plaster crumbling in bathroom. Door lock was damaged. On top of it all we got robbed while sleeping!
Not a place for weak hearted...
