On arrival, the B&B was closed; no one was forth coming and on enquiry by telephone of the owners, I was informed that they were not there and I would have to ask the booking agent (Hotels.com) for another booking. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the pre-paid booking. Refund me now!

Useless place and service from Hotels.com

No service. Argumentative and indifferent staff and no real effort made to solve problem. I moved out after first night.

Pay little get little

We arrived later than anticipated and called beforehand to make sure they would open for us which they agreed to. However, no one was available and we were not able to stay in the room we paid for.  Extremely disappointing when they advertise late check in's.

Not Accommodating

Booked on Hotels.com which i love. Arrived at property...no answer at gate.  Tried landline, no answer.  Tried cell, lady answered who didnt know what we wanted.  Said someone was coming, then did not pick up again.  After 30 mins of hooting and calling, we left.  Thank goodness Hotel.com sorted us out.  B&B texted us more than an hour later to say where were we, after we already found and checked in elsewhere. Called us even later and while we tried to explain put the phone down on us.  Just a word of advice, dont go.  The pictures shown are not what the place looks like, pool is empty and broken and they definitely dont have a 24hr reception. I suggest they get out of the hospitality industry.
