Thank you for hosting us last minute! Kelly was a super host and super friendly! Rooms were clean and perfect for our family! Inviting outside little stoep and safety trellydoor so we could sleep with the doors open! Thank you- will def stay here again! Grethe and family

Perfect stop over!

Rooms are spacious and has all that a person or a family needs, very friendly staff. Rooms are heated for winter and braai facilities for summer time,stayed in all the establishments options and all are good value for money.

Have stayed here on numerous occassions, will not stay anywhere else in Bloemfontein

We, Johann and Jo Vermaak stayed over at Aandrus for 1 night. We were on our way from Uitenhage to Kempton Park. Very clean rooms and friendly RECEPTIONIST. Had a call on the road to find out more or less what time we will arrive. When we arrived the heater in room was on, so we walked from a cold chilli winters evening into a nice warm room. Will definitely stay over again at Aandrus.

Home away from Home

Great place for an overnight stay, rooms are spacious for a family, owner are friendly and very helpful. Will make use of this accommodation again in the future. Thank you Julius with your helpfulness.

Great overnight stay

My family and I spent 2 nights at this self catering establishment recently while at a convention in the area. Given that there were 5 of us, the unit (#42) is cheerful with comfy beds and a television with a hotel bouquet of dstv channels in the room. There is also separate kitchen. The shared outside sitting area is also quite inviting.

Beware of the tree in the middle the driveway. I seriously damaged my vehicle reversing out of the yard. The lady I received the key for the unit from should at least have warned me as you don’t see the tree in your side mirrors. Also, providing 4 cups, plates etc, for a 5 sleeper unit is a bit silly. Finally a working kettle, a kitchen swab and towel rails/hooks would have been nice.

Bitter semi-swet

I give them a 1 only because 0 is not available. I stopped over there on the 21st of December. Immediately my card was swiped and then myself and my 2 little boys were taken to our room. Only then did it become apparent that there was not a single soul there. Out of the 6 rooms available none was occupied during the busiest time of year. I believe this is pretty telling already. The person that came to collect the fee them left and absolutely no one was there apart from me and my two little ones. They do not have a security gaurd or a panic button either. Within 5 minutes I told Rina that I didnt feel safe to sleep there with my children and that we would leave immediately. We then paid to sleep in a hotel which offcourse meant paying a second time. Rina and Aandrus refused to reimburse me saying that I arrived after the time they stipulate a person can book in on their website. I however phoned them earlier in the day whilst on the road and did not work through their website and was not informed at all that there was a problem when I telephonically told her around what time  I would arrive. They therefore insisted I pay a full fee for the 5 minutes I spent on their premises. No one would need to make a bed or lift a finger as we did not use their facility. If safety and integrity concerns you then I am glad that you came across this post.
