Very nice structure.
we found the rooms very clean and the beds comfortable
very friendly and helpful staff. 
we forgot my jacket in the room and the staff made themselves available and had the jacket delivered to me at no charge. an infinite thank you to those who made themselves available to interpret for us as we had problems with the language.

AMAZING STAFF AND B&B

It was a very nice experience to stay there.  It is a simple place, but clean and comfortable in a rural area about 20 minutes from the city.  The owner server great breakfast and are always there to answer question.  I was very happy to stay there and I would happy stay there again.  Do not miss eating at the restaurant.

Simple, but nice and friendly

A lovely pension hotel.  Rooms well appointed with air conditioning.  A restaurant downstairs with a good selection on the menu.  Prices are fair.  Service is friendly and breakfast is on a good standard.  A little out of the way from Ljubljana with no public transport to town (that I am aware of).  Situated in an farm land/equestrian area, so if you do not like the smell of horses, keep this in mind.  We had a lovely stay and will make use of this facility again in future.

If you have wheels this is ideal.

Don't stay in room 205! Despite claimining in the evening  radiator malfunction and low temperature in the room, nobody care and done  nothing.  "Nice" bedtime  under 2-3 blankets... 
The meal was decent. Clean room. Internet connection quite ok.

Poor condition 

First off, and most important for the people skimming over these reviews: the place is clean, and quiet. It is located about 15 minutes from city center, in a small village and it is best if you have a car to get here. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The waiter in the small attached restaurant went the extra distance to make us a really great mushroom soup long after the kitchen had closed. 

On the not so good side, the beds are a bit soft and I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. I had already killed 5 in the room before going to sleep - I thought I got them all but awoke to that horrible sound of mosquitoes buzzing your ear. As such, I was up killing more throughout the night and as a result  I had a very poor night's sleep. We did not have the windows open, so I assume they were getting in elsewhere. I attribute the numbers of mosquitoes to the rural setting the place is located in.

Bottom line, I did not mind the place, but I would not stay here again.

Country charm and all that comes with it

We were on the way to Croatia and stopped one night in Ljubljana. I found this place while searching for an affordable option to spend the night. And I am very happy with what I found: nice pension, not so difficult to reach by car, decent distance from center (based on price as well), clean, decent rooms and nice breakfast (included). All for a bit over 45 eur/night. Parking place available and pet friendly. We got recommendations for visits in the city center and tips for good parking. A key was waiting for us at reception but staff was very helpful in providing info about the city. All in good English.We did not try the restaurant since on Sunday's it closes earlier. But I do recommend them for a very good balance between price-quality offered.
