I was on a trip with friends here and was kicked out after the first night for a “noise complaint” made against myself for walking up the stairs quietly at nighttime. Another group of young students were also evicted on the first day. Owners were extremely unfriendly, rooms were average. I do not recommended this place at all whatsoever, there are much cheaper and much nicer places closer to the lake. Will not be staying here again.

Dont stay here if you’re a group of students!

We arrived last night at around 8pm after a long day of travelling from Budapest, so we were all very tired and myself and my friend went to sleep at 9pm. 2 of my other friends were in bed by around 10:30 and another friend went to visit his girlfriend, and came in quietly and respectfully up the stairs at around 2 in the morning. Myself and my 4 friends woke up to a very hostile message explaining that we made far too much noise last night and were asked to leave in the next hour. We were all very puzzled as the noise was coming all from the other room, but we were not listened to and were treated very rudely. A €50 cleaning fee was included in our fee, even though the place was left as clean as we got it. Safe to say we won’t be returning as the ladies were nothing but rude to us and were very quick to send us out the door despite us doing nothing wrong at all. Very disrespectful and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

Dreadful Experience Do Not Recommend

I arrived in the accommodation at 21:30 after spending the evening doing clothes washing, hung up my clothes and went to sleep, as well as 2 of my other friends who were already asleep after a tiring 9 hour train journey. I was in bed at 22:30 as well as another friend who was staying downstairs. One of our friends came up the stairs, as silently as he could, after seeing his girlfriend and took his shoes off, to make as little noise as possible, going up the stairs. We woke up to a text the next morning telling us we had to check out by 10a.m. The reason being we caused far too much noise the previous night. The only noise caused was our friend lightly walking upstairs and it’s not his fault if the structural integrity of the stairs in the apartment isn’t fit to be used quietly all day. We know for sure there was another group staying there, who we did not know, and they were definitely making plenty of noise to be fair to the hostess. But the hostess had no cause to kick us out, yet we were booted out on to the street for no good reason with no compensation for having no accommodation for the following two nights and given 30 minutes notice to leave the accommodation. We were charged for a nights stay and cleaning fee of €50, even though the place was cleaner than when we had arrived. I couldn’t recommend less as it seems to be a scam and they were not reasonable with our request to reduce the cleaning fee or nullify it, they would not hear us out at all. Worst stay of my life, happy to have been kicked out.

Awful Experience

Tidy, clean with all you need apartman. Check in was smooth with very kind Anita, who give you a few tips about city and surroundings.
Apartment about 20 mins walk.
Not many supermarkets about and parking is very expensive so careful with it.

Nice relax stay

This accommodation is very comfortable and in a very beautiful setting. We had a really spacious balcony with our room, which overlooks nice fields and woodland. This is a perfect base for the fantastic walking trails all around the area. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we’ll definitely be coming back in the summer. The host is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, they serve a really good breakfast as well. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

The apartment is 5-10 mins walk to city center, the surraundings and the view from balcony is wonderful, like the sisters who operates the accomodation. They are very kind and helpful, Anita has a lot of recommendation about the possibilities, especially thanks for her felxibility in placement of my bike. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy. Its a good base point for hiking or riding. I higly recommend it and we`ve enjoyed our few days staying, I am sure we will go there again. Recommanded apartman in heart of Slovenija

We loved staying at Kocijancic. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cosy and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. Facilities were excellent - very powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams and local honey. The guesthouse is an easy 15 minute walk from the town centre. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being slightly away from the centre. If we return to Bled we would love to stay here again.

Nice option near bled 

We stayed at Kocijancic with our 3 kid in a 2 room apartment + living room and kitchen.
First of all, Anita initiated communication with us, welcomed us in late night and guided us where we should go in the area of Bled and out side of this area.
Apartment was clean and included anything we needed.
Location is perfect , peaceful and quiet but also not far from the lake.

Highly recommended for families.
