42 reviewsThis is very strange, to write a review about a place I have never visited.... BUT, story goes like this: booking is made online and I wasnt charged for it till my check in (that never happened). Deadline to cancel my booking without a cancellation fee was Dec 30th 11:59PM. My wife got flu Dec 31st, so on Jan 1st I sent an email about not coming there. Day after, I get an email about them not charging me for cancelling my stay overthere, even though I cancelled too late. Today is not so often to have a luck to deal with people like this. Thank you for this and I will definetly stay at your place next time I visit Bratislava.
