Oxley Hotel

Oxley hotel is very affordable. Ive done search on hotels in SG online and im glad i was able to book this hotel on travel app. We all know SG is expensive.It is affordable compared to other hotel near the area. Again the hotel is cheap. This is what i paid for. If you are complaining that it is not a good hotel then better put more on your hotel budget and go get youself a 5 star hotel. It is after all a very basic hotel that offers a very simple room just good for sleeping and getting a shower. If you want privacy and you dont want to stay in hostels (bunk beds mixed with other guest) i recommend this hotel. I can guarantee that the room is clean especially the beddings. We stayed two nights. One day We requested to just change our beddings, in less one minute waiting, the cleaner immediately came to change it. The person who changed our beddings is friendly and approachable. The aircondition nothing to complain about. The room is small therefore it will cool the room fast. The comfort room is old but no issue with the water supply. It is located in Geylang but the location of the hotel is surprisingly quiet. I requested to put us on a higher level (5th floor). From our window, i can see the singapore flyer and the Marina bay Sands. As i peeked through our window, i also noticed that the bus station is just at the back of the hotel just 1 -2 minutes walking distance. Saves us time from walking 5 - 6 minutes to MRT Kallang station. If you dont wanna use MRT or bus, just hail a cab or use grab going to places in SG. You can ask questions to the front desk to guide you on how to go to certain places. The receptionist is very approachable. The hotel doeant offer breakfast but you dont have to worry. Just go outside and there places you can get food and are 24 hrs.
