The actual room/ pod itself was nice, clean enough and had the basic amenities  in the kitchen. However the checking in process was really difficult and going through random building blocks with extremely unhelpful receptionists who said “no this hostel isn’t in here” - when in fact; it was. 
I’d say it’s fine if you were with a group, however, solo travelling, this was quite scary

Scary check in process

Let me start by saying that from the photos it looked much nicer internally, while in reality it is a little beat up. Despite this I found some advantages and disadvantages. 
Pros: definitely the location. Excellent on foot you can get everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff Even though it is one of the most popular neighborhoods, you cannot hear street noise from the hostel. Leave your shoes at the entrance. 
Cons: the sinks are a little small for washing Bitter cold in the room. We go from 30 Degrees outside at 15 inside (but like in all buildings). Some furnishings would need to be fixed. 

Premetto che dalle foto sembrava molto più carino internamente, mentre in realtà è un poci malconcio.  Nonostante ciò ho trovato dei pregi e dei difetti.
Pregi: sicuramente la posizione. Ottima a piedi si arriva ovunque.

Nonostante sia uno dei quartieri più gettonati dall ostello non si sente il rumore della strada.
Lasciare le scarpe all’ingresso.
Difetti: per lavarsi i lavandini un po’ piccoli 
Freddo polare in camera. Si passa dai 30
Gradi fuori ai 15 dell’interno ( ma come in tutti gli edifici). Alcuni arredamenti sarebbero da sistemare.

Beautiful view

This was my very first time staying in a hostel, had no idea where to expect. Unlike hotels, there weren't any towels automatically provided which I was surprised with. Location is right in the center of all the bars and restaurants , close to metro stations. Overall, a good property if you know how hostels work.

Quiet, and very close to everything that i want to explore! Clean place.

It’s not a capsule hostel. There are beds with blinds. Also, Ac doesn’t get straight to the beds so, we use a Fan. Btw, if you are traveling with time. Abs want to sleep during the day. They turn off the AC from 12 noon to 3pm. And get hot quick. The receptionist wasn’t nice and always was empty. No one cares about been laud at night or morning. And there is no one we could said anything because reception close at 9pm.

A great place for accommodations! Beds were clean, pull down curtains provided privacy from other guests, airconditioning was nice and cold to provide comfortable sleep in Singapore's tropical climates, and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The common area provided a relaxed atmosphere, refrigerator/microwave, and water dispenser on site. Location is close to iconic attractions in Singpore. Enjoyed my one week stay at this hostel, highly recommended.

I don't know that checking in before office hours requires a password to enter the hostel. Because I haven't received any accommodation confirmation letter.

Brilliant location. The best. Breakfast is toast and cereal which you help yourself to. Was adequate and English tea :)Beds seem to be well aired between state which is a first. Do not hesitate book today!!

The location was absolutely excellent! It was right in the heart of Boat Quay where you can step outside and immediately be surrounded by shops and restaurants along the waterway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was in a safe part of town so we felt comfortable walking around even during the nighttime. It's definitely a great deal if you're staying in Singapore and looking to save some money.

Excellent Location!

The staff at this hostel are very friendly, and offered a lot of advice on where to go in the city.
But unfortunately the rooms was very tight, with not much room to move to get anything from your bag if someone else was stood beside you.
The air conditioning was non existsant, and the small tight capsule you slept in made the place feel like an oven.
The toilets and showers are border line disgusting. The shower is less than a meter away from the toilet, as well as the sink. You could be stood in someone's pee whilst you shower and the toilet paper was wet as it is so close to the shower.
This place is in a great location, and the free breakfast was toast/jams/choco flakes milk, and free coffee.
But the bathroom situation was not pleasant at all and would put me off staying here again.
