Location of this Hotel was certainly not bad
What was bad
Room had a view on some airconditioning units and was truly outdated, the bathroom was not nice, toilet was poor quality, bed was with 1 pillow, the receptionists where young and on their phone most of the times and not dressed for the job.
If you would pay 3000 rubles for this each night it would be acceptable but this certainly is not the case for more of this.
Dear guest! We are very sorry that you had to experience this at our hotel. We will definitely have a conversation with the staff and introduce a uniform uniform. Unfortunately, our hotel is located in an old building and the view in the comfort rooms faces the courtyard. This is stated on all open sources. What was bad
Arrogant woman at night time when I arrived. I have stayed in this hotel many times and I think this person should not work there.
