Location is good, close to subway stations.
Breakfast was included with my stay, was served till 11am and was excellent

There was no kettle in the room and the hot water in the bubbler in the common area was not always available

What was bad
when you leave your room with a label on the door "please clean my room" no one actually comes to clean it. I tried for 3 times when leave for at least 3 hours.
