Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds to a bank card upon arrival together with an insurance deposit.

Upon arrival for 1 night, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the guests the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.

A baby cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available on request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay.
