What was bad

1. The access to the hotel by car to the reception is not possible 2. To access the reception is only possible from the stairway so you have to carry your luggage up there. 3. We arrived at 21:15 to the reception, they were doing the check-in process, the personnel in the reception told us that the restaurant was closing at 22:00 so we had enough time for dinner. We arrived at 21:35 to the restaurant and they told us that it was not possible to order as the kitchen closed at 21:30. 5. The Internet was not working well on the phone and the reception personnel never gave us any instruction for accessing. 4. It was 6 am the next day and I could hear how the neighbour had a shower.
