Early check-in and late check-out are discussed separately. The deposit is returned after cleaning, before 12:00 AM on the day of departure. Damage, loss of things are paid at the current market value.
Housing rules:
No smoking or noisy events are allowed in the apartment, cleanliness and order must be maintained. A real-time surveillance camera is installed above the entrance door. It is triggered every time the entrance door is opened. The number of those entering is strictly checked. If the rules are violated, if there are more people in the apartment than the agreed number, eviction without refund follows. |
