is located in New Moscow, 19 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kaluga Highway.

At the guests' disposal: a banquet hall for 80 guests in a loft style with a fireplace, panoramic windows of the hall open onto a pond, 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, allowing to accommodate up to 23 guests, an area with a pond, a plot with landscape design, a swimming pool with a pool bar and a sauna, a separate floor with entertainment: billiards and table tennis, barbecue, parking. The bedroom on the second floor is an apartment for newlyweds and is suitable for wedding photo shoots.

In the basement of the cottage there is a bar and a night club with increased sound insulation. Here guests can enjoy music and dancing, thanks to the acoustic system with a capacity of 2 kW.

On the plot there is a gazebo, which in the warm season can be used as a summer restaurant for banquets for up to 100 guests. There is also a site for an off-site registration near the pond, creating ideal conditions for weddings or other special ceremonies.

The private house also offers many opportunities for active recreation. It includes a swimming pool with a geyser effect, Russian billiards, table tennis and a sauna. Guests can enjoy sports games.
