What was good

In the heart of Moscow We stayed few hours, as was with a small kid, but we was happy to find this hotel. Nice, cozy room, not big but enough space. Nice bed, kid at list took rst before big trip Was very clean Super service, there is no elevator, but reception guy helped to bring luggage upstairs, was very friendly. Answered all questions. Highly recommended

All was good, if u travel without small kids, this is the hotel must choose.

    Location excellent! Very comfortable stay during winter holidays. Cleaning service was exceptional. Definitely will visit again. 😁

    Vacuuming noise in the morning, but it was only a minor inconvenience when struggling with a time shift 😎

    What was good

    The hotel is ok in terms of price/value ratio.

    The only concern is that bathroom has a black mold. It’s anti-hygienic and dangerous for health. I stayed in room 303. Not sure if it’s the case everywhere.

    So that would be necessary if hotel treats the issue without putting guests health under risk

    What was bad

    Bathroom mold! Unacceptable
