I booked with my girlfriend from Turkey one night in this "pension" and before arriving, the pension personel called me twice on my cell phone to see where i was. Where we arrived, he asked my friend who came with Erasmus scolarship if she speaks romanian and he put us to choose if we want to change the room we booked and we accepted. After that, some very weird things happened: first of all, his racist attitude revealed when he took a look on our id cards and saw that she is from Turkey, he told me that we cannot stay here and we should check on a different pension. Of course i stood against him and refused, saying that we have a booking confirmation and it's not normal how he treats us. After this, he literally write all our id card info in his agenda and asked me unnecessary police questions like: you were born in 1990, right? ( it was written in the id card, logically); another thing , he saw that her visa expires in february and he asked very surprised how come she is still here and can study? Even tough the check-out was at 12 a.m. he obliged us to leave at maximum 10 a.m. because, I quote " he awaits a group of german people and the room needs 2 hours to be cleaned". After this unfortunate events and being a little tired after the road,we slept. The next day i deliberately put the alarm clock at 10:30 to leave the room at 11 a.m. and the same middle aged bold personel came and asked me how i didn't left until now(like he told me the night before). I replied him that i have the freedom to leave the room until 12 a.m. whenever i want and warned him with the protection of the consumers. After you read this article and saw in what humiliating situation the personel put us, think twice before booking at this "pension". Maybe the owners will also see and take some actions against him.

Not one of the best choices

I booked my room 5 days before arrival day from booking and everything was approved and i received an e-mail from booking.On arrival day,The owner of the pension called my Romanian friend for 2 times for asking the arrival time. Everything was okay. After we arrived, he wanted our ID's to make check-in and he saw I am Turkish and he said we cannot stay in the room.He told us to go another hostel.He told a lot of lie like we didn't have reservation he was waiting for 2 German girls etc. but we had everything to prove, we had reservation. After that, he started to ask a lot of question like a policeman. He asked questions about my visa expiration date, why was I in Sibiu and that kind of questions. He annoyed us very much but we didn't have any other choices to spend the night in another place. On the other hand, he tried to make us to leave the room at 10 am. which  the check-out hour was 12.00. He came in the morning and told us leave the room after we said him we have right to stay until 12.00 am and if he insisted with that attitude we would go for consumer rights. After that, he turned to a very lovely person. The room was okay, everything was clean but if you want to be behaved like human, don't choose that pension.
