Food is very good and diversified fresh and bio , nice personnel , clean rooms.
it is a good location to make short and attractive trips nearby such wineries Lacerta ,
Rotemberg,SERVE,Budureasca, Urlati,Dealu Mare,Basilescu.Also Bucov Zoo and saline Slanic Prahova

We stayed for 2 nights .Interesting building with many things to show. Interesting views from h from the top of the hill

This place is everything you want it to be! The most impressive thing is the views - you are in the hills over wine Country and can see for miles- the restaurant and the rooms have spectacular views. 

Staff are very friendly and speak English. Shout out to Cezar, Alex and the rest of the team for making us feel very welcome. 

The food in the restaurant was delicious, all locally sourced and very fresh. The wine they make on site is also delicious as well, my favourite new winery! Make sure you leave room in your suitcase as you'll want to take some home with you!

Our room was very comfortable, clean and furnished to a high end standard. There was secure car parking in a private car park and its an easy drive up from the airport.

Loved the outdoor sitting area as well! Was lovely to sit outside with the views - and they even have hammocks! 

Definitely recommend as a place to visit and stay over if you can!

Gorgeous gem of a hotel with amazing views

We stayed for one night and had a lovely family dinner. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to every detail. Like the manager said "We treat the people like out guests not our clients." The food is fresh and very good with a large selection of meats. And they have their own vineyard.

Lovely place and good food

We have booked here two night and everthing was ok from the begining Mr. Cezar inform us that we have a table reservation  for a live music event that took place in the evening. The food was great and you have the opportunity to choose from a large of sortiments. The room was very clean and very comfortable. And also we found that every Saturday night, live music is in the place making a great atmosphere there, were you can party. We recommend this place, especially for the atmosphere, view and the people that are working there with a big thanks to Mr. Cezar which guide us to the places that are near by and which we can visit.
We have here a great time so we are looking forward to come back and am book a room with a view at the city.

A wonderfull place to visit near Bucharest

Excellent choice for a short vacation, just 1 hour from Bucharest, best food ever and the accomodation is incredible.
The staff will do anything to make you feel great and have the best memories,the surrondings are amazing🙂

Perfect stay for weekend.
Mr. Cezar was an perfect host.
Location has great view and it is very close to Bucharest airport, less than 1 hour drive.
I recomend the food and wine, also long walking in tge wine yard.
Very good also for large groups.

Wonderfull

We booked a room for the weekend, the experience was positive, the room was clean and cosy, the restaurant food a la carte was very good, the house wine is average and the place itself plus the views around are stunning. The breakfast was quite average, I would suggest switching to open bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall really good experience, walking through the vineyard at sunset is really special.

Very nice place, good experience

We have booked 3 nights in August, 2 families with kids. From the check in, the attitude of the personnel was not client oriented. The worst part was that they have planned 2 nights with long parties (all night long) and no one informed us about this when we booked the room or when we made the check in. And since this was not enough, when we went to the restaurant to eat something the waiter told us that we had to pay 100 Ron/ person as it was a special night (Saint Mary’s) and everybody from the restaurant had to do the same as this was a decision made by the director. We have refused and ask to speak with the director saying that we will give a bad review.  In the meanwhile, we have discovered at a table next to ours a couple of english couple eating a la carte.
In the end they let us eat what we wanted and advised us to reserve a table for the next evening. 
Important as well for people that book a room at Casa Seciu is that you cannot eat breakfast before 10 am, not even o coffee. 
The prices are quite high, the food is average. The rooms are okish, ours had a very bad smell from the toilet. No air con  in the room and no windows open because of the loud music from the terrace ( our room was on the same side with the terrace). We have choose the location because of the good reviews, but realistically if you want to come expect for average  services and location, nothing spectacular.  

Do not recommend 

A very nice place with a wonderful views, from the top of the hill. The menu is full of choices, different main courses and a great list of wines. I could hardly recommend this place, even for foreign visitors or team building.

Excellent food, perfect service, Fair prices ! It's a traditional place fill with history, everyone will enjoy it.
Beautiful view from the balcony! We will come back again!!! I highly recommend for everyone.
