The manager treated us owful. The bath had no illumination, the shower had no hot water or soap support.
But most of all it was the managers attitude that made us feel unwanted in the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

Desapointing

We were moved here as the sister hotel wasn’t open for the season yet and what a pleasant surprise. Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Very clean and all amenities well within walking distance The room was changed daily  Got a three star hotel it’s exceptional value for money and would if ever in Neptun again make this my base

Brilliant

I stayed at this hotel in 2016 and came back this year for a 7-days holiday. However, I was disappointed by the way their services got worse.

Starting from the crew who always seem to be annoied by our normal requests as clients, to the rooms who are not cleaned all the time. I waited 4 days until they came and changed the towels (only after I asked the receptionist).

There is also so much crowd at the breakfast. There is a schedule nobody respects and sometimes it is so hard to find a spare table.

The rest of the services are fine, the pool opens ar 9.30 and closes at 10pm. It is always clean and there is also a pool bar. Unfortunately, it seems like they only have half of the products written on the menu.

There is a 15min walk to the beach but they have a great restaurant named Springtime next to the hotel. You can get a lungh for less than 5€ there.

The prices are affortable and the rooms look nice.

Average services

For a 3 star hotel is pretty decent. The hotel is almost 20 minutes away from the beach. A Springtime restaurant is near the hotel. Parking was full, but we found a place to park eventually. I don't think coaches can park here if groups are planning to book rooms. Check-in took a lot. We had to fill-in some forms. The pool smelled a lot like chloride but the water was clean and recyrculated. There were plenty of lounges for everyone and there was also a special pool for kids. The pool was also provided with a bar but the drinks were a little too expensive and there were not too many choices. The pool programme is from 9:30 to 19:00. The restautant is large, clean, provided with a terrace and the food is pretty good. Breakfast is included in the room's price and there are many choices (scrambled eggs, cheese, tea, coffee, sausages, cremwurts, etc, with lots of hot items). It's a kind of all-you-can-eat breakfast. Near the terrace there is also a playground for kids. 

The room is card secured. I found annoying that there were lamps in the rooms, and not regular bulbs. We had to turn on/off each and every of the 4 lamps in the room. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. The furniture was dusty, and the balcony was not that clean. The maid changed the bathroom towels everyday. The air conditioning worked just fine.

The stay was decent. I recommend it. I think it's the best choice in Neptun.


Decent place

Quite far from the beach but close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast a bit poor, room ok. Overal ok for a few days. Own restarant quite expensive. I was there2016 - Agust.

Ok  for a few days

I`ve stayed here last year and it was the last day of the season; but stiil, they were incredible nice, and friendly.
The rooms were really clean.

The only problem I had, was..MOSQUITOES. So do not forget to close the door before it get dark.

On the outside, it was one of the best.
