Pensiunea Violeta

My wife and I had a lovely August week-end getaway in Timisoara and stayed at Pensiunea Violeta because of the fair price and the fact that it was away from the noise and pollution that often come with higher priced more central hotels. We like Timisoara very much as we think it's a very romantic city and come here at least once a year so we were looking for a more remote location to relax while also being near Timisoara Old Town Center. The guesthouse as the rooms are very clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. We had a very relaxing sleep and in the morning we were greeted with a wholesome breakfast and tea. On the downside, I could say we were a bit disappointed by the small selection of drinks from the restaurant so we had to go to the nearby supermarket to buy some. All in all the experience was very pleasant and tranquil.
