I like this place. Inexpensive and rustic. It is an old house built in 1905 by a rich Bucharest guy. The rooms are clean spacious and tall (like they used to make them. TV is a little old and all the towels in the room were face trowels (4face towels) so bring your own if you must take a shower. 
The rooms are modern so do not expect old outdated furniture. Overall I loved it. Nice experience in an old place.

Rustic and clean

We've booked a double room for the weekend and a getaway mountain trip. Host was very warm and welcoming, room was big and warm when we arrived and pretty clean. We didn't use the kitchen or the other facilities since we were mostly out.
The only little problem is with the noise in the morning, from the street and the other guests.For us it was ok since we're heavy sleepers but for the average sleeper it may be  a little too loud.

Great accommodation for the price

+ house architecture, new furniture, great host, location, front yard
- low light in the loft's rooms, no noise isolation, noisy neighbors 
overall it was pleasant place to stay for a weekend but I will chose a hotel for a longer vacation

A nice place

but nice and clean. Wifi a little bit slow. A short walk to the center and to the cable car. 

Sometimes a little bit noisy (from street and from other rooms).

Private parking, balcony, kitchen and "living room" are very convenient and make out of Casa Frasin a good choice.
