I booked a room for the first time here on a weekend trip to Brasov. 

When we got there, Mrs. Gabi was the one that gave us the tour of the place and explained us everything we had to know, from using the shower to using the keys at the front door.

The room was very clean, very nice, we had toiletries and coffee and tea and internet and, overall, we felt welcomed.

For me it was a proper value for money and one of my best stays in a place like this in a very long time.

I would gladly return there with the first occasion!

The best part about this place si the location. 3 min walk to Piata Sfatului and 10 min walk to Tampa Cable Car. Were greeted by a nice lady who showed us the available rooms. The walls were very thin and we were able to hear any outside noise but the area is very quiet so we weren't bothered. The bed was comfortable, very good free wifi but the shower was small. It is a good place to rest especially if you are new to the city and you like to walk around.

Very clean, very close to the city center and very helpful stuff

Location,Location,Location

The points given are for location, treatment and cleanliness. Indeed the lady who received us was really nice and she showed us everything we needed to know about our room. The buildinng is central, which is a big plus, and the room was tidy and well equipped. If you're passing by and only stay in Brasov for 1,2 days, it's a fine, quiet place. The location gives you time to visit lots of attractions. 
Nontheless, I wouldn't give 5 stars because there were quite a few disadvantages: when we booked, it was mentioned in the add that we'd have WiFi and parking included. Neither of us could connect to the WiFi and we had to park on an adjacent street, cause it's not allowed on the one with the house. And, as it was a public parking lot, we had to pay for it. Also, we requested a room upstairs, but for some reason, were given one on the ground floor. Last, but not least, the walls are so thin, we could hear our neighbours'...discussions. Awkward!!!

A nice place

Just the location. All the rest is just a waste of time.  Again, description on Booking.com was one thing and the reality something else.
Parking – no parking at all.
Entrance to the building is by a main door/gate that goes through a dark corridor to another door that leads to the inner garden that has another door to the staircase that goes up to the room.
No elevator. Again Booking.com has a nice way to describe a totally different reality.
Shower was tiny, really tiny. Toilet had dust on it, so I guess was not really cleaned or used for a while.
Wifi was ok. 
Room is really small and not as described or shown on Booking.com.
We didn't even meet the owner, just a grumpy lady that wanted our money and that's all. 
To conclude – there are much better options at the old town of Brasov. Not worth the money that we paid for, even that she gave us a discount of 10 RON. Just not worth it. And again, do not use Booking.com.

Just the location

In each of my travels, in each location I have been, I have always found something good, something for me to remember with delight. Not in this one, where I travelled with my family this weekend, though.
The pension is situation very close to the central area of Brasov and that can be a plus for those who are unaffected by the rude behaviour of the owners.
We booked an apartment with 2 rooms, which was large enough, with very uncomfortable beds, with a fridge and a kitchenette for cooking and with two small bathrooms. The garbage from the previous tourists was still there and the smell in the rooms where not so inviting. The apartment was quite cold, but it was winter and I think when it is very cold outside their central heating is not very suitable for their large rooms. The price was not very high and the conditions not so bad.
Anyway, because of the bad experience I had with the owner of the pension I cannot recommend it to anyone.
After a very long day we came at the indicated location and we ringed the bell. In vain, though, for no one answered. My husband called the owner at the phone and he was told that because we booked the apartment the location is different. So we went to that location and, there no one welcomed us. We stayed for a while in the street and my husband made other phone calls and in the end the owner came and showed us the apartment. We paid the price right away but we haven’t had all the money changed so the owner should have taken it, change it, and bring us the change. Yet, she decided for us to change the money and to leave the small sum that remained unpaid on the table, because we were about to leave very early in the morning.
Needless to say that the first thing we did was to go downtown and change the money to put the rest of the money on the table so for the owner to find it in the morning. But surprise, as if we were thieves, the owner came late in the evening to collect the money.
I found the gesture of the owner very impolite and I wonder why, if she did not trust us, did not take all the money and change it herself.
So, because of her impolite gesture, I could, for nothing in the world, recommend this pension to anyone in spite of its good position in the centre of Brasov.
