It was the worst decision ever made. We used to come here for multiple times before, but after this experience no. The personnel is really rude. Especially the ladies at the restaurant. If you have some special food allergies or any problems, you don't have any chance. My single question was if I can get some scrambled eggs without SALT and they said no. Of course I was even willing to pay extra for it So if you have gluten or lactose intolerance, you don't have any chance. I reached the situation that I can't even get any food from the restaurant on my money, with the single request to be without salt. The place is super crowded. Fully booked on the weekend, which wouldn't be a problem if not people from the Middle Era would come here. If you would like to relax or if you would come with family and kinds, this is not your place. These "nice people" brought approximately 13 cartoons of beer and other alcoholic drinks and stayed starting from the afternoon until 1-2 a.m next to the pool, with super loud music and shouting over the music. So if you are a family or a couple willing to relax, this is deffo not your place. In the past this was a cute, family-athmosphered place, with nice people, now it's very commerce, the quality of the services is super low, over-crowded and super noisy. Never again.

The hotel is great, The prices are really good. The spa area is ok, with a nice warm pool and a jacuzzi.

Been here twice and never failed to dissapoint, has an allways warm thermal pool in wich you can stay all day and all night long, nice tidy rooms, and also good employees, for sure I'll be comming back.
