What a lovely place. It was close to the city center and across the street from public transportation. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. I just loved the classic style room. I would definitely recommend this place. We stayed in a triple room.

Hell would have to freeze over before I stayed here again.

 Colleagues and I stayed for one night only.  The worst of the issues was one room reeked of a sewer smell, and all three rooms had beds of cement and the smallest bath towels I have ever seen.

It is EXTREMELY noisey all night long with people stomping upstairs (no elevator), slamming of doors echoing up through the building, and constant traffic and human noise heard from outside.

We have cancelled our return stay here as so bad.  DO NOT RECOMMEND

Opposite the train station that goes into Ukraine 🇺🇦, and so very handy for the early train.
Single room, basic and small on the second floor at around £50 a night.
Small TV, double bed and basic shower room, just glad this was not higher up more stairs as I have had in the past.
It is the only hotel near the train station so that is the reason I return if heading to Ukraine in this direction

Perfect position for our morning train to Ukraine. Straight out the station last night from our krakow train and into here.
There appears to be no local shops and food outlets locally, so be prepared to walk for those. 
Inside the reception was helpful, but besides that nothing else was good.
Very basic smaller rooms on 5 floors, hard uncomfortable beds, only one pillow, bedside lights not plugged in, and a basic bathroom that came with only a small hand towel each.
No left so had to lug the luggage up two flights of stairs, pity those on the higher floors.
Be prepared and it's position outweighs it's problems.

Basic but great position for the trains

I would not recommend staying in this hotel at all! 
The staff are very rude and obnoxious! I left a party early, forgetting the our room key in the process, so I asked to be let into our room, but they refused to let me in. When I advised I would be able to prove it was my room by showing them my passport (which was inside the room) they told me there was as no booking in my husbands name. I asked them to check their records for the time we checked in but they still denied there was a booking, the receptionist continually shaking her head and saying no. I ended up having a half hour wait on my own until my husband caught a cab and got there to let me in.
On top of that the rooms are dirty, we were only given 2 hand towels and were frowned at for asking for more, the bedding didn’t fit the bed fully so there was a gap down the side of the mattress and it was the scratchiest bedding I have ever slept on! Our room didn’t even have curtains, just a net, so we were awake as soon as it got light! We asked for breakfast the next day and were told ‘no’, despite other people being sat in the restaurant eating breakfast. They did agree to make us a coffee but this was done with reluctance. We left after one night as neither of us wanted to spend another second there!

Rude staff

Good location and a working wifi. But... The room is very dirty (ex. mold on the toilet), thus unpleasant, and mainly, my room stinks really bad from a settled cigarette stench. No matter how much you are airing, the smell wont go away.

The variance of reviews for this place surprise me.  I've stayed in many worse 3 star hotels..

Our room was cheap and the location was convenient - those were two of our biggest deciding factors.  We knew what we were getting into, so to speak.  A basic room that was comfortable.

Service was terrible with every employee we encountered but we were kind of getting used to that in Poland.  Unfriendly and unaccommodating - it is what it is.

We did not eat in the hotel.  It seemed very quiet and unnecessary.  There are many options in town a short walk away.

Beside the railway station, cheap and convenient.  It's a 3 star, and clearly one at that.

Simple, it is what it is..

It's directly across the street from the train and bus station and so in that respect it cannot be beaten.  Plus, it's clean and it's very cheap.  But what you really need to know is that there is no maid service.  So, if you're staying more than one night there's nobody to remove your garbage or change your towels.  Not a huge deal given the very low price, but something you should know just the same.  If you want dry towels just take the wet ones down to reception and they will change them for you.  

No English was spoken by the girls working the reception desk but you can get by all the same with gesturing, etc.  Most of them were fairly nice except for one that just glared at us in spite of our "Djien Dobres" etc.  It was a bit strange but you do run into that in certain parts of the former Soviet Republics.

Its Strength Is Its Location

The price of the hotel was very good.  It was only $40 for 2 people Canadian per night.  I was actually expecting much worse for that price but was pleasantly surprised.  The room was fairly clean (under the beds not so much) and the lady who greeted us was very pleasant and spoke some English.  Wifi was a little iffy in the room but when I went down to the lobby it was ok.  The one complaint I had is that there is no safe and they did not take items at the front desk for safe keeping.  However, we were there for 4 nights and they did not come into the room to change towels or garbage so I felt our passports and extra money was safe since no one entered the room. :)  We were given 1 small towel each but did ask for a clean towel day 2 and they exchanged it with no issue. We had to pay 15 PLN  (about $5 CAD) for breakfast but it was very good and worth the money. We did have 3 beds, a small table and windows that we kept open for fresh air. The location was excellent.  It was right across from a kantor (money exchange) and the train station but you could not hear any trains.  The only noise was from the hallways as they are probably marble and you could hear people talking.   You could also hear the Przemsyl Bugle call every hour.  That was awesome.  We were also able to walk to nearly every attraction and took trains or cabs to other sites outside of the city.  There were also a few restaurants around the corner we were able to walk to.  There was no elevator but we were on the first floor so that was not an issue. For the price and location I would recommend this hotel for a shorter stay.

INEXPENSIVE AND GREAT LOCATION

Upon check-in it turned out that my accepted telephone reservation had not been noted down. Fair enough, as there were available rooms, I checked in and got my room.  Never had I seen more obnoxious accommodation in a supposedly two-star hotel (which, by the way, provides its guests with one small towel and they reckon it is a normal standard). The only advantage it has is its central location, next to the train station.
