Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and clean rooms. Great outdoor pool on the roof of the hotel. The spa was absolutely amazing. Pleasant staff at the hotel. Beautiful environment and nature around. Lots of options for trips. Beautiful view of Sněžka. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is well located in scenic grounds with a old world feel.  

The rooms are well sized.  We had one room in the new section and one room in the old section.  The room on the old section was old and tired.   The lock didn't work, the light fittings looked like they were about to fall out.  The towels old.   The new room was a little better with modern fittings.  However the internet service in the modern wing was bad.  

The cleaning service is poor.   They did not replace dirty cups or dirty towels.  

The food in the restaurant was good.  Breakfast was nice with a big selection.  Dinner was also good quality but very limited menu and portions were small.  

The pool area was small and the water was not nice.

Average hotel; needs work on service and cleanliness.

Absolutely outstanding place with a beautiful  location.  Close to mountains, with plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist points.
I selected this hotel based on the reviews and I didn’t disappoint:) It exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and big room with a mountains view  was wonderful ️

Absolutely outstanding place💕

Positives first: great grounds, very well maintained, quiet area, good parking area, access to the river for bbq, picnic etc.
Not so positives: absolutely kitschy and tacky décor,  bathrooms cannot be smaller, mold in the shower, wrenching smell, cracked basin, tiles, sink,  towels and sheets obscurely old and worn out, the cheapest mattress and pillows . Housekeeping (upon request anyway, supposedly Covid driven :) :) :) ) limited to exchanging towels. Only upon a very specific request, the sheets were changed once during a week. ABSOLUTELY ZERO OBSERVANCE OF COVID REGULATIONS. No reinforcement of mask wearing, or even staff wearing masks if the customers were not there. They seem to be taking it arrogantly and lightly, so if they get closed down, there wouldn't be an iota of my sympathy for them. Never again - we found other resorts in the area, quieter, cozier, and first of all more respectful of us, the customers.

high expectations - equally high disappointments

Front office staff - 
Well mannered, well equipped and communicative in English, taking care for us. Resulting in a very relaxed, and very comfortable 5 days of our stay in your beautiful hotel. Despite the tropical heat and the Covid19 we felt safe, relaxed and stress free for the entire duration of our stay.
Bar Staff - 
Nothing we requested form the bar, drinks snacks or food was too much to ask. It was made with love and attention to detail. It did not matter whether we were sitting in the park, in front of the hotel or on the sundeck outside or in our room. They came with our order every time.
Spa - 
The Manager, who was a specialist and excellent in his craft, I can highly recommend. He is paying attention and has a professional friendly and relaxing appearance. Making you feel comfortable instantly and recommend for you what is best. And for me who does not speak polish a bonus is that he also communicates in English.
We thank you all for a memorable vacation and would love to visit you again.


Fantastic hidden gem in Karpacz and tastefully decorated hotel spa resort - and an amazing staff and service

Room comfy and lovely bed and super clean bathroom. Greta breakfast. Good location for Karpacz. Nice spa area. Awful WiFi - didn’t not work at all and attitude of reception staff when asked to help was, at best, dismissive. They have tried hard with the finishing of rooms - grand and comfy but not thought through fully eg there is a kettle in the room (great!) but no tea tray or even cups ... so what’s the point ? This has potential to be a fantastic place but needs that attention to detail.

Spend a couple of days for my birthday, present from my husband. Weather wasn't good so we spend lots of time in the hotel. In the spa and pool, was nice but to many people was let in at the same time. Room was nice and good size, was quite clean.

Nice and cozy

Nice place. Very near a lot of tourism. We thought it was quiet and peaceful in the mountains, but no. Cheats online.
Nice staff. Wonderful but small room.  Very wonderful garten around the hotel. Wonderful pool. 
The food we ordered in the package was expensive compared to food in Poland and it was ok, but very simple, when everything else is suppose to be like a castle. Better food in town 800 meters away. Eating time for dinner between 15.00 - 18.00. One day we were sightseeing all day long and the restaurant was empty and almost closed when we got back and thought we could eat in at hurry at 17.45. So my advice do not order dinner. You can buy in town or from menu and that is much more delicious and at the time you choose to eat yourselves and then you dinner is heated up.
This mountain is not as beautiful as all the rest We have seen in Poland - mostly because a lot of turists throw away garbage in the Nature. So sad. Waterfall in town is dirty and a lot of garbage in the national park near to the city. 
This hotel do sell expensive compared to what you get around here.

Beautiful and clean

attended spa treatments, this place is my future wedding venue so wanted to make sure that all departments are up to standard and I wasn't disappointed, fantastic service, nice pleasant rooms, good treatment selection. Overall great atmosphere.  

Very good location, beds super comfortable, breakfast - could be improved, SPA small but enough for the weekend enjoyment. The hotel is pretty and has a nice garden around. The room we had was one of the newest in the hotel. Very clean with cute small balcony. Staff helpful and kind. Parking just by the hotel. Pretty decent Internet Wifi.
